    Crashback sneakers

    I'm shocked that you would stop making the crashback sneakers, they're such a timeless style. Not everyone wants to wear two pairs of shoes, so why get rid of something that customers love? I used to order crashbacks a lot in the past, so I have to give you credit for that. But now, I'm bummed by the lack of choices.

    Frames with bifocal lenses

    TERRIBLE COMPANY, as crooked as they come
    TERRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I got my bifocals reasonably fast, left lens is fine, right lens is completely wrong. Lensmart goofed on the cylinder reading on my RX and then tried to blame ME for the error. Said I wrote it wrong on the order form! I didn't fill out an order form... I sent them the RX and THEY filled it out wrong. I was an optician for 22 years and didn't have a successful practice by messing up RXs! They offered to refund me the price for my frame: $6. It would be laughable if this outfit wasn't so crooked. They then said they would remake the bad lens if I paid again. Their answer is always "lenses are a custom product and cannot be sold twice". Yeah, that's why you want to make them correctly the FIRST time, because if you don't the company must absorb the cost, not the customer! False advertising, NO real refund policy, NO customer service, and the quality of the goods is terrible. Add to that the fact that they do all this work OUTSIDE OF THE US. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY OUTFIT.

    i placed an order for delivery before Christmas, relying on the website which stated it would be delivered by Dec. 23. When the recipient didn't receive it by Christmas I checked my account and saw that had not yet been given to the delivery service and the new delivery date was set for December 29! I was never advised that it would be late. The website misrepresented the delivery date, and never warned me about the actual date. I see that this is not the first time that they have missed the date for orders intended to arrive as a holiday gift. They should not be allowed to continue their business if they are going to mislead customers in that way..

    Protect your Identity with Identity Guard!
    I've had Identity Guard for a couple of years now and it gives me peace of mind. I've had a good experience of the years I've used it, although it's a bit expensive. What I love about Identity Guard is the fact that it sends me notifications on transactions that I've done using my identity. I highly recommend Identity Guard! Now that I'm building a new home, I have peace of mind knowing in case someone tries to steal my identity I'll get notified. Identity Guard customer service is a delight to talk to. Very professional and friendly.
