Jersey purchase
I ordered this really awesome jersey, but they just kept sending me the wrong stuff! I mean, come on, how difficult is it to get it right? Thankfully, this super amazing person named Cristin stepped in and totally saved the day. She was so friendly and really knew her stuff. If everyone at that place was as great as her, my order would have been perfect from the get-go.

Booties with studded details
I bought a pair of booties from this brand and man, I was so bummed out by the quality. The studs started coming off after only a few times wearing them, and the material just felt cheap overall. I was really hoping for more, especially from a brand that's all about being stylish and ahead of the fashion game. I wouldn't suggest these booties to anyone who wants their shoes to last.

Defective Puffco Peak Pro
I'm bummed because the Puffco Peak Pro I bought from Portable Hookahs online came broken. The battery won't keep a full charge and dies after just a few uses, so I can't really use it. Even though Portable Hookahs usually won't take back used stuff, I was able to use Puffco's warranty to get a replacement for the faulty item. But that meant I had to send my Peak Pro to Puffco and wait forever for them to check it out before sending me a new one. It's been a real letdown and hassle dealing with this whole situation.

I bought this puzzle online and when it arrived, it was all pixelated and the quality was real bad. I reached out to customer service and asked for a refund, but they said I had to send back 5 pieces of the puzzle. Like, seriously? That's just plain silly.

Late paint-by-number purchase
I bought a paint-by-number canvas a while back, but man, did I have a tough time with the delivery. No matter how many times I tried to check on my order or get some info, customer service was no help at all. It took forever, but I eventually got a refund, and then out of nowhere, the product arrived at my door months later. The zero transparency and lack of communication during this whole ordeal was not cool, especially when you consider the quality of the product itself.

I had an awesome experience with the customer service at this place! I had some questions about their clothes and they were super quick to respond and really helpful. It made me feel like a valued customer and I was so grateful for that. The products themselves are top-notch quality and I love all the different options they have. Overall, it was a really positive experience for me.

NutriSource dog food
NutriSource dog food is usually my go-to for my picky eater pup, but this time the expiration date caught me off guard. It's not a huge deal, but it's definitely not something you want to see. Even with this little hiccup, my dog still chose NutriSource over her usual Wellness food.
