Subscription purchase with faulty oil diffuser
I recently got this subscription that came with an oil diffuser, but man, I ran into some issues with the stuff they sent me. The subscription itself was alright, no problems there, but the oil diffuser crapped out on me pretty quick. And on top of that, I never got the oil for the third month like they promised. When I tried to reach out to them about it, they weren't much help. It felt like they cared more about making money than making sure their customers are happy. Plus, the price they were charging for the oil was way too high compared to what you can find on Amazon.

Misleading subscription model
The way this company runs its business is just plain sneaky and shady. I mean, seriously, nowhere on their website does it say that if you buy something, you're automatically signed up for a subscription. They don't even bother to ask or tell you, they just go ahead and start charging your card every month without giving you a heads up. It's like, what the heck? Their lack of honesty and communication is just terrible. They don't bother to send you an email about the subscription, and they even crank up the prices without warning. Trying to cancel this secret subscription is like trying to find a needle in a haystack - impossible. There's no way to do it online, and their customer service is basically nonexistent. It's really disappointing to see a company stoop to such slimy tactics, especially when they actually have some decent products. I had a way better time buying similar stuff from a different store, and I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere to support a more straightforward brand.
