Visit to the outlet in Mugnano
I went to the outlet in Mugnano recently and it was a letdown. I checked their website for the opening hours but when I got there, it was closed. There was a sign saying it had been closed since January 15th. I even called the number they gave and the voicemail said they were only available from 8am to 1pm in Perugia. It was really frustrating and all could have been avoided with the right information.
Incorrect shoe size received
My experience with that company was honestly a huge letdown. So, I ordered some shoes but when they finally showed up, they were totally the wrong size. I had to go through the whole rigamarole of sending them back, only to get a refund that was less than what I shelled out in the first place. I gave them another shot and placed a new order, but it's been forever and I'm still waiting for those shoes to arrive. This whole thing has been super frustrating and disappointing, and honestly, it kinda feels like a scam.
Summer shoes, non-leather material
I bought a couple of pairs of summer shoes not long ago and was super bummed by how low-quality they turned out to be. Despite the high price tag, these shoes weren't even made of real leather, which was a big letdown. What's worse is that they fell apart after just a little wear, so I had to toss them. I tried reaching out to the store's customer service team to share my concerns, but all I got back was an automated reply, and they didn't even give me a refund. Luckily, the store where I got the shoes from ended up helping me out, but the whole situation was a major letdown. The products weren't up to par and the customer service was even worse.
