Support for recent purchase
I just had to share about my recent run-in with the customer service folks, and I gotta say, I was super impressed. These guys knew their stuff and were quick to help with any questions I had. They were all about that professionalism and had a ton of knowledge. Everything from their processes to their systems was top-notch, just like their products. Plus, they had all the tech tools they needed to give me quick and accurate help. I walked away feeling really good about that brand. All in all, my awesome customer service experience definitely makes me want to keep shopping with them.

Donation to charity
I really like ShopRaise because it lets me help a cause I care about just by shopping at places I already love. It's cool that part of what I spend goes to help people in need without me needing to do anything extra. The website is easy to navigate and has a lot of stores to choose from, so I can shop and give back easily. I think it's great that ShopRaise is using everyday shopping to support community funding.

Rain jacket purchase
I just bought a rain jacket and I was pretty happy with the jacket itself, but I ran into some issues with the customer service. The jacket I wanted wasn't available in my size, so I settled for a smaller one. But when it didn't fit, I gave the customer service line a call to see if they could restock or exchange the jacket for me. The person I talked to was really unprofessional and not helpful at all. He didn't even give his name when he answered the phone, so I wasn't even sure if I called the right place. And during our conversation, he kept giving me vague and conflicting info about when the jacket would be restocked. He didn't really answer my questions and just kept telling me to check the return policy. And to top it all off, when I asked for his name before hanging up, he just ended the call right then and there.
