Laptop for a good deal
I gotta admit, I had my doubts about this site at first, but man was I pleasantly surprised! Scored a laptop that usually goes for 700 bucks for only 400. It's probably refurbished, but you can't even tell, works like a dream. And their customer service? Off the charts. I ordered some face masks a while back and I haven't heard anything about it since December 27th. At first, they sent me a pretty detailed email with the CEO's email in case I needed to get in touch. But when I tried to contact the CEO and got no response, and then saw that the customer service inbox is full, I got pretty annoyed with the lack of communication. I get that businesses are busy, but it's frustrating not knowing if there are any delays or problems with my order.

Booze delivery
I used this new booze delivery service and it was a total letdown, man! I was super pumped to place my order, but when I checked the app, it said my order hadn't even been packed yet. Like, seriously? I called the customer service hotline and it was like they were in a whole different country, dude! They said the store was already closed and that they were going to cancel my order, but they already took my money! Not cool at all, bro. Customer service was absolutely useless, they didn't even try to fix the situation. It was a complete waste of my time, I'm definitely never using this service again.

I wished I checked this company before placing an order. I’m basically out $200. Same as the orders, bad customer service. Excuses for not shipping item. It’s been almost 2 months and no item. Hard to cancel the order. Excuses for that too. So I’m disputing with PayPal. This store needs to be investigated.
I have reported this company to PAYAL and opened a dispute claim through VISA and my credit union. It will be interesting to see what comes out of their investigation.
