Booking process and customer service
I was super impressed with the service I got from this company. The website was user-friendly and I didn't have any problems making my booking. Right after I booked, I got my itinerary in my email, which was really convenient. The customer support team was awesome too, always getting back to me within a few hours and fixing any problems right away. I didn't have to keep checking up on things since they took care of it all quickly. And when my flight got canceled, they handled my refund request right away without any issues. All in all, I'm really happy with the service I got.
