Flight booking review
I just used this website to book a flight, and I was pretty happy with how it all went down. Booking my flight was easy, the price was fair, and paying was safe and simple. The customer service folks were really nice and answered all my questions quickly. But I wasn't thrilled about how much they charged to change my flight or get a refund - it was way more than what the airline usually charges, which kind of stinks for us travelers.
