Black Friday sale dresses purchase
I wanted to share my recent experience with a purchase I made during a Black Friday sale. I picked out four dresses that were supposed to be discounted, but when I went to buy them, I ended up being charged full price which was a total of $360. I contacted customer service right away, but they said they couldn't help me get a refund or fix the mistake. I was pretty upset because it's not cool to advertise one price and then charge another. They suggested I cancel the order before it was sent out, so I asked them to do that immediately. Unfortunately, my order still got shipped three hours later, even after I tried to cancel it. I've sent four more emails following up on the issue, but haven't heard back from them at all. At this point, I'm thinking about reporting this to the right people since it seems like they're not following consumer laws.

Jupiter resin printer
I bought a Jupiter resin printer from you all not long ago, and man, I've been dealing with some serious problems with it. I called customer service to see if there's a program where I can trade it in and pay extra for a different printer because of all the issues I keep having. I've tried everything they suggested – changing the FEP, adjusting settings, replacing the UV light and motor, you name it. But my prints still keep getting stuck to the FEP for no dang reason. I told them I'd be willing to pay more for a different one, but I haven't heard back from them yet.

I recently bought a pair of shoes and boy, did I have a rough time with the whole process. First, I got an order number, but turns out it was useless because my order never actually went through. The customer service rep I spoke to was all over the place with their info and didn't really seem to care about my issues. I even tried reaching out on WhatsApp for help, but the phone number they had listed was no good. The lack of communication and unprofessional behavior from their team really let me down. It's clear they don't really care about keeping their customers happy or dealing with feedback in a timely manner.
