Easy ticket booking
Booking tickets was super easy, but I was kinda bummed that there weren't many hotel choices and no train tickets available. It'd be awesome if they could give more options for places to stay and ways to get around. It was fast and got the job done, but there's room for improvement with the choices they offer.
Safe booking process
The website is pretty good about making sure your payments are safe when you use a credit or debit card. But it can be annoying when the payment link from another company doesn't work right and makes it hard to book your trip. Still, the fact that they keep your payment safe is a big benefit of the site.
Booking platform language limitation
The booking platform was only in Bahasa Indonesia, which limited the audience. The layout was decent and the price was reasonable. However, I never received the e-ticket and had to reach out to customer service for help.
