Sneakers purchase
If you like feeling let down and frustrated all the time, then this company is right up your alley. So here's the deal - I bought three pairs of sneakers online and was pumped to get them. But you won't believe what happened: I only got one pair two weeks later. And get this, they straight up canceled the other two pairs without even letting me know! Those were the ones I really wanted, too. It's like they fooled me with false promises just to take it all back at the end. Needless to say, I'm not giving them another shot and I'll definitely steer clear of recommending them to anyone.
Paid off account in full
I just finished paying off my entire account, and then the next month I got slammed with all these surprise charges and fees! I even showed them proof that I paid everything and provided my account records, but the customer service team was no help at all. Because of this mess, my credit score took a hit. It's really frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't seem to know how to communicate or be honest with their customers. Now I'm not sure if I want to keep shopping there.
clothing
I bought some clothes from this store not too long ago and man, let me tell you, I was so bummed out by the quality. It didn't match up at all to what was shown online and it literally fell apart after just a week of wearing it. I reached out to customer service a bunch of times to try and sort it out, but never heard back from them. The whole thing, from the lack of communication to the bad quality of the clothes, left me feeling super irritated and not happy with how things went down.
Clothing and accessories
I just bought some clothes and accessories from this store and was pleasantly surprised! They had a really good selection and everything was top-notch quality. The staff were super nice and really knew their stuff, they helped me find exactly what I was after. The store was really clean and easy to navigate, which made my shopping trip a breeze.
Online purchase delay
I recently bought something online and was expecting it to arrive on a certain day, but it got held up. I called the shipping company and they said if it didn't show up, it was lost. I got in touch with the online store's customer service, but they told me they couldn't help for 12 days.
Baby clothes for my granddaughter
I recently went to the bealls outlet in my town for the security guard left on my clothes removed. The associate asked for a receipts which I told her I didn’t have and she removed the guard. I would have left the store then but the assistant store manager walked over and rudely attempted to explain the situation. He informed that it was her job to ask if I had a receipt, so I asked him isn’t it also their job to insure there are no guards left on the clothes. He kept telling me that it would be no problem if I had a receipt, and I told him I wouldn’t need a receipt if it was removed when I purchased the item. Everytime I attempted to leave he would make another rude comment, causing a response. Other customers were starting to look at us and some even walked out. I happen to work in the customer service industry and this type of behavior would not be tolerated.
SUCH AMAZING PATTERNS
I purchased the pineapple quilt set and its so wonderful !!!! well, the set is amazing and because of that my bedroom looks so fresh and new. Also i looked more and found lots of different sets which is surprisingly good as compare to the price , so yeah it was really interesting. and i am planning to buy more in the future. there are lots of good deals on the patio categories which looks amazing for me
i will definitely try more from here , the quality of the set is amazing and i like the whole set . also the delivery was good, the packing was decent but i honestly loved the set. sis comfortable and smells nice
