    Overall

attempted to secure cellular service from Pure Talk

Initially, I was optimistic due to Pure Talk being a small company and reportedly owned by veterans. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, frustrating and aggravating. A customer might consider getting heart disease, cancer or hemorrhoids instead of purchasing this service...When on the phone with customer support to transfer my service to Pure Talk I specifically asked that one of our 2 phones be provided with service prior to connecting the second. I wanted to be absolutely certain that we would not lose cell phone service. Customer support assured me that service would be provided for both phones. As we were attending to details together our phone connection terminated. I did not have any service on either phone and customer support did not get me connected, nor did they text or email me as a means of resolving the problem.
Over 3 days, I emailed Pure Talk at least 6 times on their email provided website. Three friends called Pure Talk and provided all of the essential information informing Pure Talk of my status. I did receive one email from the "Help Desk" providing unhelpful and irrelevant instructions. I emailed the "help desk" 4 times describing my circumstances and failed to receive a response. We decided to switch to another provider with in person local support. Several days passed before Pure Talk released the (porting pin?) which would allow my service to be connected. Pure Talk may be staffed by Democrats rather than Veterans.
