I recently bought a formal outfit for kids from this store and I was really impressed with how well-made and stylish the clothes were. I recently bought the most adorable floral dress from this store, and I absolutely adore it! The fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable, and the design is just so beautiful. Coordinating outfits for toddler twins
I first checked out this store because they had really cute and classic clothes for kids, but I was pretty let down when I couldn't find any matching outfits for my twins. As a mom of twins, it's important for me to dress them alike sometimes, but the choices here were pretty slim. The clothes themselves were good quality, but the lack of options for multiples in different sizes and styles was irritating. I wish they had more choices for parents with twins who want to coordinate their kids' outfits. I wasn't too impressed with what they had, so I probably won't be coming back to shop here again.
Black velvet dress
I got this really adorable black velvet dress for a party, and let me tell you, it was both classy and comfy! The fabric felt so soft, and the size was just perfect. I received tons of compliments on it- hands down my new favorite dress!
Special Occasion Outfit
I was really let down by the outfit I bought for my kid's special occasion. The stitching was all messy, the fabric felt really cheap, and it just didn't meet the high standards I thought I'd get from this brand. I'd suggest saving your money and checking out some other options instead.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! I ordered a gift to send to NYC, but it was never delivered. When I called JJ their representative Joann said it was delivered by DHL and left in the mailbox but the gift recipient checked for 6 days in a row and it was never there. No picture proof was provided and JJ said I need to solve this with the carrier and never thought about offering to send another package to replace the lost one. They put the burden of discussion on the customer while clearly the contract agreement with the carrier was not fulfilled. Terrible! Never buying from them again although I was buying lots of things there for my grandkids.
