Banish series suppressor purchase
I recently bought a Banish series suppressor and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with the quality. These suppressors aren't cheaply made at all, they're all top-notch. The Banish series really stood out to me and I'm really digging it. Silencer Central's staff made the whole ATF stamp process so much easier for me. Although most folks can figure it out on their own, having Silencer Central's help made it super smooth. When the ATF asked for certain documents that I didn't know much about, the Silencer Central team was there to walk me through it and make sure I met all the requirements easily.
Smooth transaction
My experience with Silencer Central was amazing from the beginning to the end. Mike really knew his stuff and made sure I understood everything by addressing all my questions, some of them even before I got the chance to ask. Marissa was super helpful in walking me through the ATF forms, making the whole process easy and worry-free. The customer service from both Mike and Marissa was top-notch, and I can't wait to work with Silencer Central again down the line.
Awesome suppressor purchase
My time at Silencer Central was awesome! The folks there really know their stuff and made getting a suppressor super easy. They handled all the hard parts for me and laid out exactly what I needed to do. It was kind of like having a secret helper, but without all the spy drama. And they really helped take the intimidation out of dealing with the ATF. Silencer Central truly lives up to their name - they're your go-to for all things suppressor-related!

I had a really good time at Silencer Central. Andrew was super helpful and walked me through all the ins and outs of picking out a suppressor and the extras that go with it. He was cool because he didn't try to push a sale on me, he just had a legit conversation with me. I liked that he made sure I was choosing the right stuff and he tackled all my questions without making me feel dumb since I'm new to all this.

The whole experience of buying a suppressor from this company was super easy and simple. Every person I talked to was really knowledgeable and professional. They were all really nice, supportive, and gave me a lot of helpful information, which made me feel at ease the whole time. Oh my goodness, finding that silencer was a breeze! It was within my budget and the customer service was amazing. They really went above and beyond, helping me with all the paperwork and giving me some great tips. Suppressors for hunting
Man, I finally got to try out suppressors for hunting, and let me tell you, it was like a dream come true! I always thought it was gonna be a hassle dealing with all the government stuff, but Silencer Central made it super easy. Their website is amazing, and they keep you informed the whole time. Trust me, if you've been considering getting a suppressor, just go for it and you can thank me later!
Fast and easy silencer purchase
Purchasing a silencer at this spot was a piece of cake. The team there was super helpful and really made everything easy for me. I'm grateful for all the advice they gave me. I just bought a silencer from Silencer Central and let me tell you, I am thrilled with the service. The staff really knew their stuff and helped me pick out the perfect silencer for me. They made the whole process super easy, from getting my trust set up to taking care of all the paperwork. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

The customer service at this place is the best. The representative I worked with, let's call him John, really knew his stuff and was super helpful. He suggested the perfect suppressor for what I needed and made buying it a piece of cake. The e-filing was easy and quick. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer again.

Just the facts here. You be the judge! 2/13/23 purchase Banish 46, Trust and a plethora of other addons. Immediately complete all of my digital signing, uploads, etc. 2/16/23 receive tracking for fingerprint cards. 2/20/23 return fingerprint cards. 3/14/23 receive email from CS confirming receipt of cards (almost a month after I sent them). 3/22/23 completed joint online certification (e-forms). 10/20/23 ATF approves e-form. 10/20/23 complete 4473 again in digital format. 10/23/23 receive confirmation 4473 has been completed. 10/24/23 receive tracking notification (getting excited). Waiting, waiting, waiting. Nothing. 10/27/23 I call to get status update. I'm told have to wait 7 business days for LEO informed confirmation. Good news is that time has been completed. Told my items were preparing to ship. Informed that silencers are send in bulk by state to a singular FFL who then ships them out. But, good news again, my product will be shipped in time for my gun opener here in PA. Waiting, waiting, waiting. 11/11/23 receive company "regrets" email to everyone. Processing delays. 11/13/23 call again. Wait forever to speak with someone. Was told there is a new system causing issues. Was told they would elevate my case and call me back. No return call but rather a generic email with language which was meaningless to the lay person. I sent a gentle yet somewhat scathing response email regarding keeping one's word and honoring the shipping commitment. 11/13/23 receive a return call from a supervisor. I am informed that no one in the warehouse is responding to their inquiry regarding my items. Was informed that after the bulk shipment to the FFL, that FFL has 72 hours to send out my items and will provide yet another tracking notification. Soon after, I receive another email with tracking notification but no tracking number. Waiting, waiting, waiting. 11/21/23 I call and wait for 14 other cases to be addressed. Speak with Rachel this time. She informs me that my shipment has been received by the PA FFL on 11/20/23 but that I will have to wait because the FFL is not shipping out until 11/27/23. When I inquire as to the 72 hours turn around I was informed of, she says, "People take vacations." Wow, just wow. She sends me a tracking number from the SC shipment to the FFL. It reads, "October 24, 2023 pre-shipment". Are you kidding me? All in all, CS delays and heal dragging has resulted in 2+ more months of waiting than necessary. Waiting for approval is bad enough. To have this company cause delay after delay is unacceptable. My Silencer Shop experience was seamless and shipping was swift after approval. Kiosk was a great experience and then the can comes in, you just stop in and grab it. Don't be fooled by the "We ship it right to your door" slogan. It's a bunch of BS!

Silencer Central is amazing! I've ordered from them three times and never had any issues with my order. Whenever I had a question, I just gave them a call and they sorted everything out for me. All I had to do was keep an eye on my email for the next steps, wait for approval, and then my order showed up.
Seamless process for suppressor purchase
The folks over at Silencer Central really made buying a suppressor a breeze. They handled all the paperwork and had a really good variety of products at fair prices. I'd definitely suggest them to anyone looking for a suppressor. Kudos to the whole team at Silencer Central!
Bannish 5.56 silencer
In the initial process of sale I was not told that there would be additional waiting once my stamp was approved. It took 3 weeks to get my paperwork submitted as they sent my fingerprint paperwork via snail mail USPS which is inherently unreliable. I returned it next day air, and it still took another two weeks to get my appointment to submit. After the nightmare wait of the ATF approval process I was told that it would take an additional three weeks to receive my silencer. They quickly sent out my Cleo notice, but never followed up on it after sending. After ten days waiting and hearing nothing I called. Customer service told me it had not arrived and they attempted to contact the sheriff to verify. The next day they found out it had not been received, but it was showing that it would be delivered the next day which was fri. I called Monday to verify and nothing. I called every other day for an additional ten days and nothing. On the 11th day customer
We service told me it was still showing undelivered by tracking and that the person In charge had sent one email, no additional calls in the previous ten days. When I became angry someone finally decided to follow up. They found it had in fact not been delivered and that they would send another Cleo. So one month after approval I am no closer to receiving my silencer. And in addition doing research have found this to be a common fault with silencer central. I am a veteran and have never had an issue one with any firearm purchase made until now. And it feels as though until the people I talked to today, no one is going to follow up and ensure I receive my product. I am in a catch 22 here and have my hands tied. I was told I would receive tracking number for both the original Cleo which they never attempted to follow up on. And the new one once it is sent, but still have received nothing. Buyer be aware 1 you will wait a minimum of three weeks to receive if everything goes right. If not you may wait the same as me frustrated and no closer after a month with no real solution from them to speed up the process.as a side note when this is all said and done I will have been waiting almost one year as I started the process in April 22, my ATF approval was 269 days. So silencer central is the remaining wait time
