3 Carlos Rays
I recently picked up 3 pairs of Carlos Rays from Tactical Distributors, and let me tell you, I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase overall. The only downside is that the belt loops are a little flimsy and could be higher quality. Also, one of the cargo pockets was partially sewn shut, which was kind of irritating. Despite these minor issues, I liked the pants so much that I ended up getting 3 more pairs! I've tried pants from a popular competitor and while they're good for work, I think Carlos Rays are better for casual wear while still meeting my tactical needs. Plus, they're super comfy - I can wear them all day without any discomfort. One piece of advice I have is to size up by one compared to the competitor's pants, since they run a bit bigger.

I just got myself a pair of Lo-Pro pants from Tactical Distributors, and man, let me tell you - they are hands down the best tactical pants I've ever had. They've got just the right amount of stretch, so I can move around freely without worrying about them wearing out. Plus, they're perfect for concealing weapons because they don't show through. Unlike a lot of other tactical pants out there, these ones don't scream "I'm a hardcore vet" or "I'm all about guns." I was so impressed with my first pair that I went ahead and ordered another one right away. These pants are just flat out awesome.
Earmore headset and magazines pouches
I recently bought some Earmore headset and magazine pouches for my gun belt from this company, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The stuff came in great shape and surprisingly fast, just a week after I ordered it. What really caught my attention was how their support team reached out to me on the second day to double-check my address. That kind of attention to detail and customer service is hard to come by these days, and it definitely left a good impression on me. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be shopping with this company again in the future.
Tactical gear
I'm a customer at Tactical Distributors and I'm really disappointed with the service and follow-up I've received from this company. I bought some tactical gear from them but I still haven't gotten the product or a refund. I filled out all the forms for a refund weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my money. Their lack of communication and action is really disheartening and makes me question their professionalism and integrity. The way they've handled this whole situation is just not ok and it's making me think twice about doing business with them again.
Long Sleeve shirt
I ordered a Long Sleeve shirt, but got the wrong one in the mail. The packing slip had the right item listed, but I ended up with something else. Seems like there was a mix-up while packing it. I tried contacting customer service a few times using different methods, but haven't heard back even after waiting for over a month. I just want a refund now since the shirt I wanted was more expensive than the one I got.
Tactical Shirts
This company totally blew me away with their tactical shirts. I mean, dang, not only did the shirts fit like a glove, but they were also super comfy. The material felt top-notch and sturdy, giving off a vibe of total bad***ery. I swear, wearing those shirts made me feel like I had superpowers - I was ready to run faster, jump higher, and maybe I could even shoot straight! And get this - they almost made me feel like I had X-ray vision (yeah, right, but they really do make you feel like a superhero). I am definitely gonna snag some more of these shirts soon, gotta add to my collection.
GBRS hat purchase
I bought a hella cool GBRS hat from the website and at first I was bummed when I found out it was sold out after I ordered. But then the customer service crew hit me back real quick, told me what was up, and got my money back to me fast. I said, why not take another chance and ordered a different hat. They got that bad boy packed up and shipped out the same day. I got my hands on it just three days later, which was pretty sweet. All in all, I ain't got no qualms about my experience with the company and will think about copping from them again down the line.

Recent Tactical Gear Purchase
I recently bought some tactical gear from Tactical Distributors and I gotta say, I am super impressed with the quality of their products. The gear I got is really sturdy, well-made, and totally checks all my boxes. They've got a ton of options to choose from, covering all kinds of outdoor and tactical needs. Plus, their website is really user-friendly, so it was a breeze to find exactly what I needed.
$600 jacket
I bought this really nice jacket for $600 from their website right before Christmas and paid $5 extra for overnight shipping. But guess what? The jacket never came. I called a few days later and spoke to a lady named Ms. Taylor Stone who said it would be shipped on December 26th. Well, it didn't happen. No tracking number, no communication. Called again on the 27th and was promised a call back on the 30th, but surprise, no call back. Really disappointed because I've spent over $8,000 with this company this year and now I'm done. No more orders from them for me. This whole thing really left a bad taste in my mouth.
Shorts and tactical gear
My experience with Tactical Distributors was really disappointing. I bought shorts and tactical gear from their website, hoping for fast service and good quality stuff. But it took over 2 months for my order to even ship out. So I was frustrated with the wait and tried to cancel my order. The customer service rep gave me a form to fill out, which I did three times, but still no refund. They promised I'd get my money back, but then sent me the item anyway, even though I didn't need it anymore since I bought it somewhere else. The lack of communication and mix-up with my order was just really disappointing.
Tent purchase for camping trip
I bought a tent for a camping trip my dad planned after graduation. Spent a whopping $700 on it and haven't heard a peep in two months. The customer service and communication were absolutely terrible. Not worth it at all.
Clothing items
I bought some clothes from this store, but they didn't fit me quite right. So, I reached out to their customer service team and they quickly helped me get a return label. Their customer service was amazing, way better than I expected. It's no wonder they have such a loyal following. I'll definitely be shopping here again after this great experience.
Arcteryx jacket during close out sale
I recently snagged an Arcteryx jacket during their closeout sale. I was quick to place my order once the sale was live, but got bummed out when it took over a week for my jacket to arrive. According to customer service, orders with multiple items get priority over single-item orders. Seemed fishy to me since my coworker ordered the same jacket in the same size, plus a few other things, hours after me and got their order super fast. The whole "high demand" excuse doesn't add up since our timing wasn't that perfect. They ended up telling me they couldn't fulfill my order because of the high demand, which felt like a bunch of baloney. Claiming to have the "Best customer service in the Biz" didn't match up with my experience at all. I felt like they weren't listening and kind of led me on during the whole ordeal.
Crye Precision combat pants
At 3:00 in the afternoon, they made a label for 3 DAY UPS SELECT, which means my package won't get here on time. The way they handle things and communicate is just not acceptable. Customers shouldn't have to struggle this much to get their orders on time.
New pants
These pants are so comfy and the material is really great. They're a little big on me, but that's actually kinda nice because I can carry all my stuff without feeling squished. The only bad thing is the zipper - it's not the best quality and gets stuck sometimes.
Tactical Gear
My experience with this company was a disaster from start to finish. It all started when I placed my order and then had to go through a huge ordeal to get a refund for something that was completely wrong. They told me the item I wanted was out of stock after I had already paid, and then I had to wait 14 days for backorder. The communication was terrible, I only received robotic emails. To top it off, it took a whopping 8 weeks for my order to finally show up, and I had to pay extra shipping costs that were unexpected. It was a mess.
