Review about: Tackle Direct
Travel rod purchase
I bought a travel fishing rod from Tackle Direct not long ago, but when it arrived, it was damaged. Even though it looked like it was packaged well, the tip was broken. I contacted TackleDirect's customer service as instructed, and they were great. They sent me a new rod right away after getting the damaged one back. The new one came in perfect shape, and I used it on my fishing trip with no problems. I really liked how quickly they responded and their awesome customer service.

Defective dress
I bought a dress online, but it came with a defect. I emailed customer service and they offered a 50% refund, which I agreed to. But getting the refund for the item I returned has been a headache. There's a big difference between what I was supposed to get back and what I actually got. Even after emailing back and forth since March 29th, the problem hasn't been fixed. I'm really let down by how they've handled this and I wouldn't recommend using this company again.

My recent dress purchase
I can't believe how simple online shopping can be! I just got a dress, and there was a little size problem, but their customer service totally took care of it. Bianca was so quick and helpful, it really surprised me. She made me feel important and not like a bother, which doesn't happen often when shopping online. It's awesome when a company shows they truly care about their customers and want them to have a good experience.

Baffin boots for my mom
Ugh, this online shoe store, I tell ya, it's the absolute worst! So, get this - I ordered these super cute Baffin boots for my mom, right? Well, let me tell you, it was a total disaster. First off, they took FOREVER to give me a tracking number. Every time I called, they just gave me the run-around. I mean, seriously, all I wanted to know was where my mom's boots are! Then, on the day they were supposed to be delivered, the status changed to "canceled/ no longer available" without even giving me a reason! I mean, seriously, that's just plain rude. I was so annoyed because I missed out on all the Presidents Day sales at other stores thanks to them. And guess what? They still have those boots advertised on their website, even though they don't actually have them in stock. I mean, how shady can you get, right? Let me tell you, I am definitely not buying from them again!

Vitamin C serum
I've been coming to this place as a customer for a while now, and I've got to say, I really appreciate those texts they send out every now and then about the sales they have going on. It's a nice little thing they do that shows me they're all about making sure their customers are in the loop and stay engaged. And let me tell you, I am a huge fan of their vitamin C serum. That stuff has totally transformed my skin, leaving it feeling so soft and looking all radiant. I can't imagine my skincare routine without it now. All in all, I'm a happy customer and I plan on continuing to shop here.

NUS UX Design course
Stay away from this platform! I signed up for the NUS UX Design course and it was a total disaster. The lectures were terrible, didn't have much substance, and didn't cover Figma, which was a big part of the work. The deadlines for assignments were messed up, causing a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion. Even though I finished the course in November, I still haven't gotten my certificate as of February. The constant delays and excuses from Get Smarter are just not okay. I spent $900 on this disappointing experience. It's been a letdown.

Recent shoe purchase
I've been a fan of this brand for years and just bought something new in 2022. But man, I'm super bummed about the shoes this time around. They've been falling apart after just two months of wear, and that's not cool when you're shelling out some serious cash for them. This isn't like them at all, and now I'm wondering if I should even bother buying from them again. Here's hoping they get their act together and start making better quality stuff like they used to.

Online order mishap
I wanted to share my recent experience with an online order I placed on your store. There was a big issue with the shipping process. Even though I carefully entered my delivery address, the order ended up being sent to a store location that was two hours away for pickup. When I reached out to customer service to fix the problem, I was told that the store couldn't ship the items directly to me. They just advised me to contact the store myself to cancel the order. The lack of accountability and responsibility on the company's part was really frustrating.

Recent clothing purchase
I recently bought some clothes from this store and it was kind of a letdown. The sizes of the stuff I got were all wrong, so some things didn't fit like they should have. But I gotta give them credit for giving me some money back for the stuff I ended up keeping, and they're gonna give me a full refund for the one I didn't want. The customer service on WhatsApp was really good though - those folks were super nice, helped me out, and took care of all my issues right away.

Excellent Brand
Whirlpool ,a global name in latest home appliances .I am already using four major appliances of whirlpool .I have never faced any major issue either power consuming or over heating ,disconnections ,after sales services .In my view ,after sales service problem is a biggest problem if seller fail.
Refrigerator ,Dish washer ,water heating or food processor ,always trusted brand .I can say about those products what I have used and still using from Whirlpool .This was also noticed when I was in Mumbai India at my friends home ,I visited ten to twelve friends flats and two appliances of Whirlpool were common Refrigerator and washing machines . Differently this is matter of trust and easy getable and cost effective.
