2 pairs of glasses
I just got 2 new pairs of glasses and the customer service team was awesome. They actually caught a mistake I made while ordering and fixed it right away. One of the pairs didn't feel quite right when I got it, but when I reached out to them, they responded quickly and let me pick a different style for free. My new glasses came today and they are exactly what I wanted. I'm really happy with the service and the glasses themselves.

Wool coats
I just bought this super cool wool coat from the store and let me tell you, I am beyond happy with it! This brand is big in the Netherlands for their top-notch coats, and now I know why. It's been crazy cold around here but this coat keeps me warm and looking good. The design and craftsmanship are on point and every time I put it on, it just makes my day.

Overpriced sockeye salmon
I was so bummed out about the sockeye salmon I got from here. It was basically the same thing I could get at Whole Foods for a way cheaper price. They had the exact same packaging, but Snake River Farms is acting like it's top of the line seafood or something. Don't fall for their fancy marketing - it's not worth the high price they're charging.

First-time customer experience
I had a pretty frustrating time on the website. I ran into a bunch of issues when I was trying to buy things, especially when I was trying to add certain items to my cart. On top of that, I signed up with my email to get a 20% discount on my first order, but I never got the code like they said I would. And don't even get me started on all the promo emails they keep sending me. It's a real letdown. Even though the products are good, they really need to work on making the online shopping experience better.

Flight booking assistance
I had to have surgery because of a car accident, so I couldn't make my flight that I scheduled two months ago. I contacted customer service for help, and I was lucky enough to talk to a guy named Sam. Sam really went out of his way to assist me, and he showed a lot of kindness and took his time talking to me for about an hour. Even though I was really stressed out, Sam stayed super nice and patient, giving me the help I needed during a tough situation. Because of Sam's amazing service, I'll definitely come back to this website for all my future flight bookings.

5 frames tried, placed order, quick delivery
I really loved being able to try on 5 different frames before ordering, it made deciding so much easier! The frames I chose were not only affordable but also really sturdy. I sent back the trial frames the next day and placed my order right away - so convenient! Plus, the processing and shipping were really fast, I got my order in just over a week. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely order from here again.

Online order experience
My time at the store was awesome, but my online order was a different story. The website was super slow and hard to figure out, which made it a real pain to find what I wanted and add it to my cart. And when I finally got everything selected, I ran into some tech issues when I tried to check out. I had to keep starting over, which was so frustrating. It really messed up my whole shopping vibe and left me feeling let down by the online system.

Defective items bought
Man, I just bought three things and they were all messed up! Scratches, leaks, you name it. And don't even get me started on the customer service - so rude. The owner was the worst, such a bad attitude. Can't believe it! Be careful with that store, seriously!
