    Gazebo purchase experience

    I bought a gazebo, but it didn't come with any instructions or a list of parts. I tried reaching out to the company for help, but they couldn't assist me. So, I ended up hiring a contractor to put it together. Even with the manual I found on the internet, there were some roof pieces missing, and now my gazebo is still not finished. I can't even find a customer service number to call, and the vendor hasn't been very helpful.

    I thought using this tax filing platform would make things easy, but boy was I wrong. When I first started, everything seemed simple, but it soon became a total mess. My account manager was MIA, leaving me on my own with no answers and decisions being made without me. To top it off, we requested an extension for reasons that were wrong, making the whole process even more frustrating. Eventually, my taxes did get filed, but the whole thing was a huge disappointment.

    Vitacost used to be a company I really liked ordering from, but my last order has me second-guessing them. I got my package today and only one out of the 15 items I bought was in there, along with a random catalog. When I reached out to customer service, they said everything was in the same box, even though I only got one thing. They did offer to send the missing items, but now I'm not so sure about how they handle packing and shipping at all their locations.     I ordered a pair of shoes from this company recently, and man, let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I waited four days, and then I realized I hadn't even gotten a confirmation or shipping info for my order, even though they already charged my credit card! I tried emailing them, but got no response. So frustrated, I ended up calling customer service to ask about my order. They said one of the shoes I wanted was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be back. They promised to look into it and let me know by the end of the day. But guess what? Two days passed and I still hadn't heard a word from them. This whole lack of communication and broken promises really got under my skin, and I'm done with them for good. Never ordering from them again, that's for sure.
