    Unresolved refund issue

    I recently had a really frustrating experience with my Otrium order. I sent back all the items I bought, but I only got a refund for the cheapest one. Now I'm missing a lot of money and no one is responding to my emails. The customer service has been really terrible. I tried reaching out on live chat and was just told to wait until a certain date for more information on my refund, which I've never had to do with any other store. This whole situation has been super inconvenient and annoying, and I want a quick and fair solution. Otrium's lack of action and care for my problem is really getting on my nerves.

    I love my Stadion earbuds, they're the only ones that actually stay in my ears! I've been using them for years now and they never let me down. The stretchy band around the neck is a game-changer, it makes them fit so comfortably and perfectly. The battery life is amazing too, I can use them for hours on end without worrying about them dying on me. The buttons on the back are super convenient, I can easily change songs, answer calls, and adjust the volume without any hassle. I was so bummed to see that they're no longer available on the website, I really hope they didn't discontinue them because they're hands down the best earbuds I've ever had.

    The dress I bought was really nice, great quality and super pretty. Had a little trouble with the shipping date, though, but the customer service team on WhatsApp was super helpful and made sure I got my dress when I needed it. Ordering was easy - gave my measurements and got help picking the right size since I was in between. The dress fit pretty well, but having the option to customize it would be cool, especially for the price and wait. Ended up making some changes to the slit and bust for a perfect fit.

    I'll preface with I don't care about their threats. Anyway, I booked a flight a few weeks ago, and while I was finalizing the purchase, the page wouldn't load, so I refreshed. All of the fields were still populated, so I hit purchase again; everything worked as planned. Within a few minutes I realized when I refreshed the page, the dates defaulted to something other than what I wanted. I attempted to adjust it on the site, and it wouldn't work because of an "error" on their end. I called and sat on hold forever. Then as I described what had happened I got "disconnected" I called again, but had other things to do and couldn't sit on hold all day. I also sent an email was never responded to, so I just went ahead and did a chargeback with Amex. Today, I received poorly translated email from Trip saying they were going to involve the authorities and seek restitution. They also say in the email I was intentionally misleading. I really don't think I was, and I also really don't care. Don't fool with them.

    Absolutely atrocious, unfair, unethical organization. I have no idea how they are still in business. They're practices are predatory and borderline illegal. I would leave my name in this post but I'm worried they would come back and fraudulently charge my credit card again out of spite. Yes, it's that bad.

    The solution is simple join with others and inniate a class action lawsuit. This one is a no brained.

    Wish it would let me give less than 2 stars but it won’t. Horrible experince. Ordered juice when I was out of town for work. When the juice came, it tasted like rubbing alcohol. After almost a week of waiting for replies and customer service arguing with me, they sent a replacement to the address I was working at, which is hours from my house and I am unable to get the package. They refuse to correct the order and send it to the right address. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY! The worst customer service and product ever.

    Absolutely no follow up regarding order. Have sent two emails to follow up on order placed in May and there has been no reply. None. No shipping information or anything. However, the payment was taken from my account. There is no phone number to speak with anyone. Never again. Terrible company. It will not allow me to give 0 or one Stars. I was forced to choose two.

    Waited aver 35 days to get this item. Only to find out it does it adapt to 2019 Chevy. They were ride on the phone when I called to check in the status. Had to change the color just to even get it shipped.
