Hair curler purchase
I bought a hair curler from this store and had a bad time trying to return it because it was faulty. I realized they made a mistake with the sales tax and owed me just 20 cents. I called to ask about getting my refund but they told me to come back to the store to pick up the small amount. I asked if they could just refund it to my debit card, but they said no. When I asked to talk to a manager, they were rude and wouldn't fix the mistake. I had to get corporate involved after a heated argument. Overall, a really frustrating and disappointing customer service experience.

I had a really bad experience with a car rental company at the airport recently. At first, everything was okay when I got the car, but soon after, it started making weird noises. Even though I hadn't driven it much, the car got worse really fast, and I had to reach out to the rental company for help. It was a big hassle, especially because I had my pregnant wife and young kid with me. The fact that they didn't seem too worried about our safety was concerning. They even told us to drive to a different spot for a new car instead of fixing the issues right away.

I'm a new customer of this service and I gotta say, I had a major hiccup with my TV and internet services only a couple weeks in. I went ahead and canceled, got a cancellation code and all that jazz, but here I am three months later still getting billed. What really grinds my gears is that even after trying to fix it multiple times and updating my payment info, the company keeps trying to charge my old card. It's super frustrating to deal with such lousy service and unresolved billing problems even after reaching out to the provider multiple times.

The canvas belt looks really nice with the buckle design, but the problem is that the buckle keeps coming loose which is super annoying. The belt itself seems to be made well, but it can be a little tricky to put through the buckle sometimes. I bought one for myself, grabbed another for my mom, and even convinced my co-worker to get one too after they saw mine. But all three of us have had the same problem with the buckle falling off all the time, especially when the belt is unbuckled. It's pretty embarrassing when it happens in public, like in a restroom.

The folks at this company really went above and beyond. They did a great job cleaning out my dad's cluttered house, even moving big, heavy furniture with no problems at all. So, I bought this Plaid Splicing Jacket from this company, and man, what a letdown. The sizing was way off - I ordered a 3XL but it fits more like a regular M to L. Plus, the gold piping I was excited about turned out to be fake. Like, why not use real piping instead of printing it on the fabric? Seems like they care more about tricking people than making a quality product. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but this was too much. Thinking about returning it, but based on other reviews, I doubt I'll get a proper refund. Might just repurpose the fabric myself to make something better.
