    Intercontinental ticket purchase

    I bought a ticket for an international flight from one airline, thinking I would be flying with them. However, I got switched to a different airline, which was pretty disappointing since I picked the original airline for its good reputation. To add to that, I was surprised to learn that the ticket didn't cover luggage fees. I thought it was included, like it has been on other flights I've taken before. The misinformation on the website made me feel like I was being tricked and left me feeling unsatisfied with the whole booking experience and service.

    Flight experience

    I've traveled a lot and flown with many different airlines, but I was really let down by this one. My most recent trip with them was a total disaster. They kept changing the schedule and then just straight up canceled our flight without giving us any other options or help, so we were stuck trying to figure out a new plan last minute and it ended up costing us a ton of money. It was a mess that could have been avoided if they just had their act together and communicated better.

    Recent flight experience

    I just flew with that airline recently and it was okay, but there were a few things that bugged me. The crew was great - super nice and helpful the whole time. But, we had a bunch of delays gettin' out and landing, and some people lost their luggage. This stuff keeps happening and it's making me wonder if this airline can really be counted on.

    Ordered to handover my hand luggage

    I had to give up my carry-on at the airport in Billund, Denmark, even though I really needed my stuff with me for my crazy long 24-hour trip to Vietnam. Couldn't even catch a nap on the flight and as soon as I got to Ho Chi Minh City, I had to jump right into work. Definitely not going to be using that airline again for my trips to Vietnam!

    Flight cancellation chaos

    My experience with this airline was a complete nightmare. The flights got cancelled because of a mistake made by people, so we had to buy new tickets that ended up being really pricey. We wasted so much time on the phone just trying to reach customer service, and all we got were empty promises about getting our money back. It's been five months now, and we still haven't received any kind of compensation. The airline has completely ignored us at this point.

    Frankfurt airport boarding experience

    The folks at the boarding desk were incredibly rude to me. All I wanted to do was check if they started boarding, and they just made me feel so stupid. They questioned why I even asked and chuckled when I didn't realize they hadn't started yet. It was so humiliating and their behavior was completely disrespectful. I definitely won't be booking another flight with them in the future!

    Booking lost

    I had this really annoying situation where my booking got lost and I couldn't get it fixed. I gave them all my receipts and tickets, but still no luck. It was so bad that I had to cancel my vacation trip. Now, I've gone ahead and filed a claim with my credit card company to try and sort this mess out.

    Flight seating issue

    I recently had a bad experience booking a flight with this airline. My friend and I paid extra to pick our seats, but they changed them last minute without telling us. We didn't get our extra money back, and then they wanted to charge us more to pick new seats. It's not fair to treat customers like that, especially when the seats we wanted were still open. Others got to pay for them instead. This kind of dishonesty and bad customer service is not okay.

    My flight cancelled, only got some money back

    I was totally pumped about my flight, then out of nowhere they up and canceled it! Can you believe that? And to top it off, they only refunded part of my money, not the whole thing. I mean, seriously, it was their fault for canceling, not mine! So I gave them a call and they told me to fill out some online form. I did that, but now it's crickets, no response from them at all! Feels like daylight robbery, if you ask me. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this airline at all costs, it's a total nightmare!

    Flight book online

    I booked a flight online and needed some help, so I gave customer service a call. They advised me to file a claim online. I did that on March 11th and received an email confirming they'd be in touch shortly. Unfortunately, that's the last I heard from them. I sent two more emails to follow up but didn't get any response.
