Supplement order
I just ordered some supplements from this website, but I ran into some problems with getting my order processed. I waited for four whole days before I finally called up customer service to check on what's going on with my order. The lady who picked up told me it was still being processed, but she couldn't give me any reasons for the holdup. What's more, her attitude was pretty rude - she hung up on me before I could say much of anything. I was really let down and annoyed by the lack of communication and unprofessional behavior. It's frustrating being treated like that as a customer.
Dietary supplements
Finally got my hands on those supplements I ordered after waiting forever! The company's communication was a bit shady and had me thinking I was getting scammed. But thankfully, the stuff I got was legit and just what I expected. I had to bug them constantly for updates on my order, which was super annoying. But hey, at least I got my hands on the items in the end, even though the whole process was a major pain.

I hit them up a few times asking about my order - when it shipped, where it was, all that. But sadly, I never heard back. I've tried calling but it always sends me to voicemail and they never reply to my emails. It's so annoying, I wish I could give them a zero-star review!

I recently bought some health support supplements from VitaSprings and it didn't go smoothly. I paid for expedited shipping, but then got asked to confirm my shipping address a few days later, which held up my order. Even after I confirmed my address, I didn't get a tracking number or any shipping confirmation for days. I was so frustrated with the lack of communication that I had to open a dispute through PayPal to get some answers. Finally, after 8 days, I got a tracking number through PayPal, but it turned out to be invalid and the package wasn't even on its way. It was a really disappointing experience and I felt misled and frustrated throughout the whole process.

I reached out to customer service by email and they said they'd give me a tracking number soon. That never happened. When I called a few days later, they told me the vitamins hadn't been shipped because they were still waiting on them from the manufacturer. It's frustrating that it's been 4 weeks and I still don't have my order, especially since they didn't stick to the original shipping timeline. The lack of communication and transparency from the company is worrying, and I'm pretty disappointed with the whole experience.
Recent vitamin order
I recently ordered some vitamins from this company, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. It's been two weeks now and my order still hasn't shown up. I sent them two emails right after I placed my order, and didn't hear anything until 12/20 when they finally gave me a tracking number. I've been checking and waiting every day, but there's no sign of my package. These vitamins are pretty important to me and my health, so this delay is really getting on my nerves. I've tried reaching out to their customer service, but it seems like everyone else is having the same issue. I've never dealt with such terrible service from an online store, and you can bet I won't be giving them my business again in the future.
My recent purchase
I just bought something from this online store and I gotta say, it was a bit of a letdown. I got an email saying my order was confirmed with a tracking number, but when I tried to check the status, the link didn't work. After shooting an email to customer service, it took a couple days to get a response with a new tracking number. But surprise, surprise - the new link didn't work either! It was super frustrating not knowing where my package was and having to wait so long for a response. I really hope they step up their game on this front in the future.

My experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered some vitamin supplements a month ago, thinking I'd get them pretty soon. Turns out, they were out of stock, and I wasn't even told about the delay. I only found out when I contacted customer service, and they said they'd send me the tracking info later that day. It was super frustrating and unprofessional how they didn't communicate with me about the situation.
tried to buy nutrition and the owner is very vulgar, rude and unprofessional so I cancelled all the orders.
Saving a dollar or two, not worth dealing with this disgraceful company! I put in 3 orders and when the owner called and was ... and rude, I cancelled all and will never shop there and do not recommend. I have bought nutrition and other products from hundreds of websites never having encountered a creep like that.
Wellness Throat Lozenges
I purchased throat lozenges back on March 9th. I paid an additional $7 for expedited shipping. After a week I emailed asking for an update on my order. I was told it was shipping soon. After another week, I emailed about my order...no comment. I emailed to cancel the order because I longer needed the cough drops. I was just informed yesterday—over 2 months later that my order had shipped. I emailed that I canceled the order and that after 2 months the items were no longer needed. Customer service went back and forth with me—I understand they wanted me to send them my cancellation email. The problem is after over 2 months, emails get deleted or my account would be overwhelmed. No compromise was even attempted. Very frustrated customer.
