I have been a customer of St. Stephen's Books for several years now and I have nothing but great things to say about the company. Their online platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple for me to find exactly what I am looking for. The selection of books is vast and diverse, and I have never had trouble finding a title I was looking for.
The customer service is outstanding. Whenever I have had a question or concern, the staff has been quick to respond and always goes above and beyond to help. They have even recommended books to me based on my interests, and I have been pleasantly surprised by how spot-on their suggestions have been.
The prices are also very reasonable and competitive with other online bookstores. I have never had an issue with the shipping, as my orders have always arrived on time and in perfect condition.

I was so excited about the service I got from St Stephens Books. Even though there was a small issue with the shipping at first, where they told me it would take six weeks for my order to arrive, I was really happy when it showed up in just one week. The books were packaged really well, so they came in perfect shape. Because it got here so fast, I was able to start reading the amazing trilogy and enjoy it while on vacation. I really appreciate how fast everything was and I will definitely be shopping at St Stephens Books again for my next book purchases.
Online book purchase
I recently ordered some books online and was really happy to see them show up at my door in just 5-6 days, all the way from overseas! At first, I wasn't sure about the website since there was no phone number and the reviews looked a little weird. But when I sent an email asking about tracking my package, they got back to me right away with a FedEx link. I actually bought the books as a gift, so I didn't read them, but I can say they were all there. Overall, my experience with this online store was good.
Two book sets purchased
I ordered two sets of books and I was so excited for them to show up at my doorstep. But guess what? They never came! I was super disappointed. Turns out, it was because I forgot to update my address on my account, so they got sent to the wrong place. My bad! But the company was really awesome about it - they sent out new books right away. I was really impressed by their great customer service and how they handled everything so well. Huge thanks to the crew at St. Stephens Books for taking such good care of me!

St Stephens Books has so many great book collections at discounted prices that you can't find anywhere else. Every time I check out their online store, I end up adding more books to my collection. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer again!

I was super annoyed when I didn't get my order for 11 days. It felt like my package just vanished. But I called customer service and they were actually really quick and helpful. They told me UPS lost my package and got my books sent out right away. I got them the next day, which was a huge relief. The customer service at this store is seriously amazing and totally saved the day. I'm a happy customer now and would totally tell others to check them out.

I came across some really awesome books on sale at this bookstore that were actually cheaper than the ones I saw on that huge online store! I was so surprised at how quickly the books arrived - just 3 days after I placed my order! I'm definitely planning on buying more books from this place again.
