I was super annoyed when I didn't get my order for 11 days. It felt like my package just vanished. But I called customer service and they were actually really quick and helpful. They told me UPS lost my package and got my books sent out right away. I got them the next day, which was a huge relief. The customer service at this store is seriously amazing and totally saved the day. I'm a happy customer now and would totally tell others to check them out.
