Variety pack sampler
I recently bought a sampler pack from CigarPage and I have to say, I was really impressed with the cigars they included. The packaging was really good and the cigars arrived in perfect shape. Man, those cigars were incredible! Seriously, the best I've ever had. The flavor was perfect and the smoke went down so easy. I felt so fancy and mature smoking them, even though I'm not old enough to buy them yet. The packaging was really nice too, it made me feel like I was unwrapping a special gift when they showed up. I'm already looking forward to getting more and pretending to be a cool adult all over again!

Oh my gosh, I got this amazing sampler pack from CigarPage and it was awesome! There were a bunch of different cigars in there and they all smelled amazing. I tried them with my dad and we had a great time chatting and smoking. The cigars burned really well and tasted really smooth. I felt like a real adult smoking them, haha!

I purchase an order online, and they never processed, I spoke to several people, Jeff, etc., and finally spoke to "the only" supervisor Ciarra that was the worst, she said she won't tolerate my frustration... excuse ME Hun?! you get paid because of clients, you better do something and treat me at lease nice! I have more than a week that they do not return my money back. they are thief. NEVER ever would buy from here again
Cigars
I ordered some cigars on April 17th. By April 20th, I had not received shipping notification, so I reached out to them. The told me that they have to cancel my order and I should expect a refund in 2-3 days. I asked about substitutions, etc, but they had nothing to offer. Just a big ol' NO. I have spent nearly $10,000 with them over the years. Crappy service, decent prices.

Arrived moldy. They asked me to take pictures. I took pictures. Then they asked me to send them the moldy cigars back for a credit? No thanks. I’ll buy from the literal saturated online market that is cigars from someone that actually cares. Terrible Company. 1999 website feels.
Cigars
Buy from them about every two weeks. Yes they are always dry but I have a large well tended humidor. And I know how to rejuvenate most of them. I do NOT buy anything over say $4 a stick . The shipping is iffy . But the price is right. Now customer service? NONE! a after I don’t know how many hundreds of cigars I have bought they shorted me on 1 order and absolutely refuse to even answer my request to just send my cigars with my next order . Three orders later ? Not even a response.. but I’m cheap ,they are cheap.. so I stay
