shoes
I have purchased over two dozen pairs of shoes from Dapper Lane. Each pair was beautifully crafted, and the workmanship was great. I was very pleased to find this company from Spain. In one instance, a pair of shoes were not the correct color from the website...they were more burgundy rather than fushia. Sofea was great to help me with my return, and a replacement pair . They arrived within about six weeks, and were great.
I intended to order a few more pairs in the new year. I noticed their website was down...and ended up googling the company to see if it was still in business. I came across all of the negative reviews, and was somewhat stunned. The experiences people discuss are none of the instances I have had.
The company produced very unique products...especially with the option to create one's own pair. I do not know what happened to DL...They were an really great shoe company.Loafer, Single Monk, Double Monk, Belgian Slipper, Chelsea Boots and Drake shoes
I have purchased 6 pairs of shoes from Dapper Lane and have recommended them to many of my fellow gentlemen friends. They have never disappointed in terms of quality and in fact, exceeded my expectations. I am a shoe collector and have over 300 pairs and I can safely say that Dapper Lane is among the best when it comes to workmanship and price point. With their online configurator, it is a plus point as I can design my own shoes. Truly a brilliant concept and I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking to purchase premium quality shoes.
Chelsea Alligator
Bought my 3rd pair of exotic alligator Chelsea boots from Dapper Lane and once again I am blown away by the quality and workmanship. The earliest I got was 4 weeks from the order date and yes they may sometimes take up 3 months to arrive but considering COVID restrictions and the bespoke work that they do, I think this is absolutely worth it. Their price and quality are truly unbeatable. If you plan well ahead in advance, this is truly the brand to go to. I am definitely a fan and a very happy return customer indeed.
Military Brogue
I am a shoe collector and have actually bought a total of 6 pairs from Dapper Lane and each of them have exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. What started as a try has turned out to be a brand I frequently come back to for the value. Excellent workmanship and competitively priced for the quality that they produced. Similar quality from other makers are minimally 75% higher in price, so they are really worth it in my opinion.
2 pairs of boots
My experience with this store seriously sucked. I bought 2 pairs of boots, but never got them. No matter how many emails and messages I sent, crickets. I stayed cool for over a year, waiting for something to happen, but no dice. Their lack of communication and not following through made me super bummed and mad. Luckily, I used Affirm for the purchase and got my money back. It's a bummer because I was so hyped for those boots - they were amazing! But, I won't be giving this store a second shot.
Custom boot order
I ordered some custom boots from Dapper Lane that had awesome details and were made with high-quality materials. But even though I got a confirmation for my order, I never got the boots themselves. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they never got back to me or gave me any info on what was going on with my order. It's pretty disappointing to pay for something and never get it, and the fact that they wouldn't respond just made it even more frustrating.

Best quality boots I have ever purchased (I bought 6 from Dapper Lane so far). Bespoke shoemakers trying to expand online. Not surprised that they are struggling with the timeline due to the influx of orders. Patience is a virtue gentlemen. Quality is second to none. Definitely worth the price and wait. If you're looking for instant gratification, grab something from Walmarts!
I hope this is a real review. going on month 5 for me and no one responds to calls, email, or social media.

Bought my third pair already. Really love the quality from Dapper Lane. Smooth process all around from designing to delivery. Sofea was prompt in her responses to my queries. Discounted dress shirts
The customer service at this place is amazing. I really like how they give benefits to loyal customers and the employees, Tara and Joseph, are always ready to help with any questions. It's nice to talk to a person instead of a robot. This kind of service is what makes this company stand out and makes me want to keep coming back. Good job, Dapper Lane!
Loafer Alligator
Waited anxiously for Dapper Lane to handcraft my gator pair and I was pleasantly rewarded with the most beautiful pair of shoes I have ever owned. The quality is amazing and the shoes definitely turn heads everywhere. Definitely worth the price point and the wait was definitely worth it. Will highly recommend Dapper Lane for the quality and price point.
My new sneakers
I ordered these really cool sneakers from this place, but then they never showed up! I tried emailing them a bunch of times, and they only replied once with some generic response. I feel totally scammed, guys! Don't ever order from them, seriously.
Expensive shoes
Man, what a joke! I went all out and treated myself to a ridiculously pricey pair of shoes from this one company, and what do they do? They totally ghosted me for over two years before even bothering to check up on my order! Can you believe that? I started to think maybe my shoes disappeared into some kind of black hole or they straight up forgot about me. And then, on top of all that, they had the nerve to ask me for feedback on the product when I had already given up hope of ever getting it. Their customer service is just awful across the board. Needless to say, I am never shopping there again.
Shoes
My experience with this company was super frustrating. I ordered a pair of shoes five months ago and still haven't gotten them. I've sent a bunch of emails asking about my order, but haven't heard back once. It's been a total nightmare trying to get any kind of response from them. Luckily, I used a credit card to pay for my order, so I'm working on getting a refund through section 75 of the consumer credit act. I'd recommend steering clear of this company at all costs.

I recently had a pretty bad experience with my order from this company. It took way longer than it should have, and I didn't find out until over a month later that the shoes I bought weren't even available from the vendor. There was hardly any communication letting me know what was going on with my order, and even after they told me I wouldn't be getting the shoes, I didn't automatically get a refund like I expected. I tried reaching out through email and phone to fix things, but I just got silence and no help from customer service. It's pretty obvious that this company has some big problems with how they do things, which makes me question if their products and business practices are even legit.
Sneakers order through Afterpay
I bought some sneakers using Afterpay from an online store I've shopped at before. The first two pairs I got were great, but this time I paid with Afterpay and now I'm still waiting for my order to show up. It's been a while and I haven't gotten my kicks or a refund. I'm pretty bummed about the lack of updates and help on this issue. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but haven't gotten a good answer yet.
Shoes for daughter's wedding
I ordered a pair of shoes way back in January for my daughter's wedding happening in May, thinking I'd get them in time. But lo and behold, they didn't show up until July. It was a total mess and stress fest! I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times for updates, but no one got back to me. The lack of communication and late delivery seriously soured my shopping experience. I am super unsatisfied and definitely won't be spreading the word about this company or buying from them again.
Never got my order
I ordered something from there and it never showed up! I've been trying to get in touch with them for months but no response. I wouldn't recommend buying from there at all, it's a no-go for me!
Footwear
My experience at Dapper Lane was pretty disappointing. I ordered some shoes, but they never showed up. I waited way too long, then had to contact customer service to figure out what was going on. They weren't very helpful and didn't keep me in the loop about my order. It took a lot of back and forth before I finally got my money back.
2 pairs never arrived
I ordered two pairs of shoes back in March and they still haven't arrived. I originally thought maybe there were some shipping issues, but after waiting for four months, I decided to finally contact the company. Every time I reached out, all I got back were automated messages. I even tried to contact them through Instagram, but still no luck. I'm getting pretty frustrated with their terrible customer service and now starting to doubt if this company is even legit. Definitely not worth recommending to anyone.
