Quality products !Quality price
Well ,again I did same as mostly do.Looking for a winter jacket and purchased a special party jacquard jacket ,that is not advisable to wear for daily uses.
A red with black spots ,in fact this is wine color
Seller claiming this is imported ,possible.Looks a different type of apparel with a eye catching shining Though material is polyester, front buttons,long sleeve .On receipt of parcel ,now I can say this is really a great collection ,no issue if purchased accidentally not by planning.
Prices is higher side but I got very good discount
So I will have to back DD again to avail this offerOrdered placed for 1 item on 04/04/2021 has not been shipped and just found out today from the company a phone message that they are in the process of moving from one warehouse to another and that my order could take up to 11 days to be shipped. The one and only email I got states my order is being processed not they are in the process of moving to another warehouse. So, when is my order going to be processed.

Blouse and pants
I just bought this really cute blouse and pants from this store, and let me tell you, I am so impressed with how nice they are! The blouse is made of this super soft and comfy fabric, and it fits me just right. The pants are also really well-made, you can tell they paid attention to all the little details in the stitching and design. I got a ton of compliments when I wore the outfit to a family get-together. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Evening dress and accessories
I have to tell you, the evening dress I got from this store was simply gorgeous! It fit me like a glove and the quality was top of the line. And to top it off, I also snagged a clutch and earrings that matched perfectly. The customer service was outstanding, they really went out of their way to help me find the perfect outfit. I'll definitely be back for any upcoming special occasions.

I bought a blouse and pants from this store not too long ago, and man, was I let down by the quality. The fabric felt so cheap and flimsy, and the fit was all wrong. It's like they didn't even think about how real people's bodies are shaped. And to make matters worse, the prices were way too high for what I got. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest shopping here if you want nice, high-quality clothes.
Recent Dress Purchase
I bought a dress from this store not too long ago, and honestly, I was really disappointed with it. The fabric just felt so cheap, and the stitching was really bad. I mean, for the amount I paid, I was definitely expecting way better quality. On top of that, the dress didn't fit me right at all and didn't even look like it did in the pictures online. All in all, I was super let down by the whole thing.

Man, I gotta tell ya, I bought some black pants and a blouse from this place and, man, I've never been so let down in my life! The fabric felt rough, the clothes didn't fit right, and the colors were totally different from what I saw on the website. I am definitely not coming back to shop here again.
Blouse and pants
I received the blouse and pants that I ordered online and they were exactly what I was hoping for. The quality was really good and they fit perfectly. However, I thought the price was a little high for what I received. The ordering process went smoothly, but the delivery took longer than I had expected. In general, it was an okay experience, but there are definitely some things that could be better.
Black cocktail dress
I bought this black cocktail dress from the store not too long ago, and I have to say, I was really let down by the quality of the fabric. It was so thin and just looked cheap, plus it ended up ripping after only wearing it once. On top of that, it didn't even fit right - the sizing was smaller than I anticipated. I really thought this store, which prides itself on selling classy fashion for older women, would have had better standards.

I will never, ever buy from this retailer again. I returned a sleep set, total charge was a bit over $39.06. I received a credit of $16.97. This was not even the cost of the item. What a rip off. In addition, you pay shipping charges to order the item and shipping charges to return the item. Not a good place to shop.

I received a letter giving me 15% off my next order. When I used THEIR Number for the discount THEY didn't/couldn't recognize it. (I DOUBLE CK THE NUMBER) When I called got NO real help. They said they would send me an email to follow and fix the problem.

Why does BBB not look into problems with D&D? After reading these reviews I am afraid to order what appear to be beautiful articles of clothing. Such a shame customer care is so lousy from shipping to returns.
A dress, several tops
The last order I received had the wrong sizes and an item I didn't order in place of one that I did order. I returned $140 worth of clothing and have received no response, no credit, no refund and it has been two months since the items were returned. I called the Drapers and Damons Credit Card company and they claimed that returns take at lest 3 to 4 weeks. Drapers and Damons claim that they never received the goods. I used their return information and label and still no response. I would never buy from these people again. My wife will shop elsewhere.
I, too, experienced a similar experience. I returned merchandise and was told for at least a month that it was never received. I used their return label. I am still waiting to receive my refund. I, too, will never purchase from Drapers again.
