Pants with color issues
I had this problem with these pants that totally lost their color after just a few times washing them. So, I decided to reach out to customer service and it only took about 9 days from start to finish to get everything sorted out - from filing the complaint to sending back the pants and getting a refund. The whole process was super smooth and quick, and I really appreciate how fast they fixed the issue. My husband buys stuff from them all the time and he’s sticking around as a happy customer.
Steppjacke (puffer jacket)
I got a puffer jacket back in March 2022, but I only wore it a couple of times when I noticed the color was fading after the second wash. I reached out to customer service online and filed a complaint about the jacket. They got back to me in a day and told me to send the jacket back with a return label, which I did right away. Surprisingly, I got refunded the full amount within just two days, even though I bought the jacket over a year ago and raised the issue in November 11, 2023. The customer service was top-notch, definitely worth 5 stars! Shoutout to the customer service team for doing an amazing job!
Online shopping experience
After a big mess-up with my order at another store, I went to Engbers for some much-needed help. The service at the Stralsund location was amazing - from the friendly staff to getting free delivery on items they didn't have in my size. They even said I could bring stuff back to the store if it didn't fit right. That's what I call excellent service.
Satisfied with the clothing selection
I really like the clothes they have at this store. Every time I've gone, I've bought a bunch of stuff and I've never been disappointed with the quality or the style. The people who work there know their stuff and are super friendly, which makes shopping there a great experience.
Great service and top professionalism
I went to the store the other day and man, let me tell you, the service I got was top-notch! There was this super friendly lady working there who really went above and beyond to help me out. She was so professional and made sure I felt right at home. She even offered me coffee and water while I was checking out some clothes. And get this – she went out of her way to order me two t-shirts that were out of stock in my size. I didn't have to pay anything extra and they arrived in the mail shortly after. Overall, it was a great experience and you can bet I'll be coming back to this store in the future.

I just had this experience when I bought something and the delivery got messed up. The store folks and the online shipping team really came through to make sure I got my item on time. They went above and beyond to help out, and their customer service was top-notch. I was super impressed with how they handled everything. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer because of the awesome service I got.
