Discounted game purchase
My customer service experience at this site was amazing. I had trouble redeeming a code for a special pack, but when I contacted their support team, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and effectively their representative, Josh, was able to help me out. Not only did he solve the initial problem right away, but he also upgraded my account status to Gold as a bonus. This unexpected kind gesture really made my experience with the site even better.
Because of this positive interaction, I decided to take advantage of a discount and buy some games through the site. The whole process went smoothly, and I had no issues with my purchases. I really appreciate the great customer service from Greenmangaming and I will definitely be coming back to this site for all my future gaming needs.Must try it
Well it's fine up to some extent But I believe this could be made more easy to redeem or purchase system Nothing negative about games and it's quality that is absolutely fine Simply thinking why one more company added to complete deal ,this could be possible by actual owner too. Anyhow this is just about my own curiosity
Nice games and of my taste I am habituated of video games since very long time and spend three hours at least per day for my own satisfaction

Hey, I gotta tell you about this website I checked out for some games. They were running a ton of sales, which was so cool! And buying stuff was a breeze, just a couple clicks and boom, new games added to my collection. They had a huge variety too, so I snagged a bunch of titles I've been wanting to play. The only downside was the limit on how many games you could add to your cart at once, but I understand why. All in all, it was a great experience, and I'm hoping they keep up the good work with even more discounts down the line!
Pre-Ordered Dragon's Dogma 2 Deluxe Edition
I was a little nervous at first about not getting my game from the usual spots like Steam or GOG, but I took a leap of faith and pre-ordered Dragon's Dogma 2 Deluxe Edition at GMG. I got it for a discounted price and I was really pleased with the whole process. Just a heads up though, not sure about pre-loading, so you might want to check that out if you're interested.
VIP access, discounts, occasional snafu
Greenmangaming is awesome, especially with their VIP perks and discounts. I've never had any problems with my purchases, and whenever something did come up, they always fixed it right away. The only issue I had was trying to buy a game for me and my daughters at the same time, but the customer service team took care of it in no time.
Saved money on a new release
Greenmangaming has been a game-changer for me. I saved $10 on a new release by activating it straight from their website. Their service has gotten a lot better over the years, and I can't imagine buying games from anywhere else. The only issue I ran into was that they didn't take my WeChat or Alipay money, but PayPal worked just fine.

I bought an XP Friend Invitation Pack last week but I still haven't gotten the code for the XP bonus. I'm so bummed because I was really excited about getting that extra XP. I hope they fix it soon because I really want to level up faster in my game!

Software game
Purchased a game today. Was supposed to go to Uplay to get it, well Uplay was replaced by Ubisoft Connection. Game is not in my account. Emailing support, at least 3 people have responded in the email chain but they do not even bother looking at previous emails. All just say download Uplay and it will be there. Screen shots they send out, I do not think even exist anymore. Tried calling, of course, cannot talk to anyone. Trying to get money back since I cannot get game. Support has been worthless so far. Will have to try to cancel through Paypal.
