I'm really ticked off right now. I had to go through all this trouble to get a sweater that ended up shrinking two sizes. And on top of that, they made me pay to send it back. It's just not worth the headache, you know?

Lionheart Sword for Christmas
My husband got this sword for Christmas and he's completely obsessed with it. The designs on the hilt and blade are seriously awesome. It weighs 8 pounds, which is pretty hefty, but he can still swing it around no problem. The guy who owns the shop was really friendly and answered all of my questions. It seems like he really takes pride in his store and wants to make sure everyone's happy with their purchases. I'm definitely going to recommend this place to all my friends.

Greenmangaming is awesome, especially with their VIP perks and discounts. I've never had any problems with my purchases, and whenever something did come up, they always fixed it right away. The only issue I had was trying to buy a game for me and my daughters at the same time, but the customer service team took care of it in no time.

I just went to the furniture store and I gotta say, the service was top-notch. Todd, the guy who helped me out, really knew his stuff. He asked all the right questions to figure out what I was looking for and then made some great suggestions. Todd gave me all the info I needed about the furniture options, like the different models, materials, and any deals going on. I ended up picking out a super nice sofa and a Victorian style set, thanks to Todd's help. The whole buying process was easy and Todd made sure I got a good deal with guarantees and warranties. Overall, it was a really good experience, all thanks to Todd's expertise.

Anger management class
I just finished up my anger management class through My Court Class and it was honestly so helpful! The videos were super informative and the quizzes at the end of each section really helped me retain the important stuff. It was great being able to go through the material at my own speed and fit it in whenever I had time. Plus, the customer service was awesome - they were always quick to answer any questions or issues I had. All in all, a really positive experience and I definitely feel like I gained a lot from taking the course!

Hemp oil and avocado oil
I was really looking forward to trying out the products from this company that they claim are amazing, but man, was I let down. I bought some hemp oil and avocado oil, thinking they would be top-notch, natural products that would make me feel great. Turns out, the hemp oil tasted awful - like it had gone bad, and the avocado oil left a weird chemical taste in my mouth. When I tried to reach out to customer service to let them know, they were totally unhelpful and didn't seem to care. On top of that, the prices were way too high for the low quality of the stuff I got. And to make matters worse, the delivery took forever and the packaging was all messed up when it finally arrived. All in all, my experience with this company was a huge disappointment, and I definitely won't be buying from them again.

To be honest, I got pretty annoyed when I found out I accidentally signed up for auto-renewal a year ago. Normally, I'm on top of these things, but somehow it slipped by me this time. But then Aimee stepped in and turned my frustration into gratitude with her quick and helpful service. She nixed the auto-renewal and gave me a refund in just 4 minutes. I was really impressed by how professional she was and how smoothly she handled everything. We had to move our server recently and ran into a bunch of technical problems along the way. The Support team took forever to get back to us, which was a bummer. I never would've guessed that customer service could actually be so darn helpful and efficient! Let me tell you, I had this problem with my reorder that I was sure was gonna be a pain to fix, but then Ray over at this place totally blew me away. He was quick to respond, really listened to what I had to say, and man, was he kind throughout the whole thing. Ray didn't just fix things once, either - he had to check back a second time to make sure everything was good to go. I really enjoy using Lumen! It's been great for helping me understand how my body burns fat and carbs. The meal options and exercise tips are awesome and really helpful. And those little videos they have? Pretty cool and informative, actually. I think I'm starting to get a better grip on my health, all thanks to Lumen.
