Cruiser Pros purchase
I recently bought two Cruiser Pros from this shop after doing a lot of research on fat tire e-bikes. I liked that they gave a good deal and had some cool extras like a higher voltage battery and hydraulic brakes, which made them stand out from other e-bikes I looked at. Ordering was easy, and the bikes got here in about a week. The video instructions for putting them together were clear, and I didn't have any problems assembling them. After taking them out for a ride, I can honestly say we're super happy with our purchase and we're really enjoying these e-bikes!
Space Grey Ocelot Pro eBike
This eBike is seriously awesome! I got it a little while ago, and it's totally changed the game for me when it comes to biking. The battery life is amazing - I can ride for miles without stressing out about losing power. Plus, this bike is tough and can handle any kind of terrain I throw its way. The pedal assist feature is super simple to use and makes biking a breeze. The price is fair for such a high-quality performance eBike like this. Cruiser Pro and Deer SUV
My wife and I have been riding bikes together for about a year now and it's been so much fun! She's really into her Cruiser Pro bike, loving the power and stability it gives us on our rides through the local woods. The customer service at the shop is top-notch, always there for us no matter the time, 24/7. I really like how the engineering team listened to customer feedback and came out with the new Deer SUV model, a full suspension ebike. They really nailed it! Great work!
Cruiser bike
I just got a cruiser bike from Magicycle and I gotta say, I had a really good experience. The bike came all wrapped up in protective foam, so it got to me looking brand new. The quality of the bike was even better than I thought it would be, especially for the price I paid. I definitely think this bike is a better choice than a lot of others out there because of the value you get. I couldn't afford the top-of-the-line model, but I'm still really happy with the one I got.

E-bike purchase
I just got myself an e-bike and it totally blew me away with how well it performed. I'm a big dude, about 280 pounds, so I had to start on the lowest settings. But man, I cruised up those hills like it was nothing. Spent a few hours riding around the park and the battery was still going strong. I went with the step over cruiser pro and I'm still figuring out all the cool stuff it can do, but let me tell ya, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Electric bike, Handlebar riser
This company is great! They answered my emails really fast, and the shipping was so quick. The packaging was super secure, so my new electric bike got here without a scratch. I'm a pretty big guy, but the Ocelot ebike I got fits me just right and has amazing power! I even picked up a handlebar riser from Magicycle, and it's made a big improvement in comfort. I'm really happy with my purchase and excited to take my new ebike out for a spin!

E-bike purchase
I recently got this amazing e-bike and let me tell you, it's so easy to ride - even without the power assist! It seriously makes going up hills feel like a piece of cake, and the parts are top-notch quality. I highly recommend checking out this place for an e-bike, the Ocelot Pro is a game changer!
Ocelot Pro
Well this has been quite an experience. We are in the process of trying to get a return and refund. The bikes were assembled without issue immediately upon delivery. Very nice construction and attractive bikes. The first weekend, we went for a ride and one of the bikes failed 11 miles into the ride with a communication error 30. We also discovered that the other bike had a problem with the pedal sensor. We immediately contacted Migicycle to get assistance. Well it has been 3 months now with multiple contacts and part replacements and the problem persists. To make matters worse, we fired up the second bike that had a pedal sensor problem, (still not fixed), and it too has an error code 30 now. It wasn't even ridden. So now neither bike is working. Professional support is needed and this is not provided by Magicycle. Since they cannot seem to support the bikes, we requested a refund so that we could find aother bike company. They then stipulated that "sorry it is over the 15 days...oh and you rode the bike more than 10 miles." Well 10 miles is not a stipulation in the refund policy, second, they were notified immediately that these bikes had issues. I would suggest you stear clear of this company. (When the bikes work...they are great though.) We will attempt to find a specialist that may be able to resolve this but at $200 a mile...best to find a strong company with good support.
