First Period Kit
I recently got an amazing First Period Kit for my cousin who lives far away, and Anne from the company was incredibly helpful in making sure I chose the right items! She guided me through sizes, styles, and accessories, and even provided some really great suggestions. I am loving how effective the products are, and both my cousin and my family are big fans too! They are comfortable, reliable, and most importantly, no leaks! Now my cousin can swim, have sleepovers, relax at home, and feel confident no matter the time of the month. And with the reusable pads, we're even saving money - washing them is a breeze! I am absolutely thrilled with Ruby Love and want to spread the word to everyone!

I just bought a bunch of stuff from this company, but they sent me the wrong items twice! I was expecting different colors and sizes, but instead I got the same wrong stuff all over again. Luckily, I contacted customer service, sent them some photos of the mix-up, and they fixed everything super fast. It's nice to see a company own up to their mistakes and make things right quickly. Now I'm happy with my purchase and would totally tell others to check out this company.
Teen swimwear confidence
As a parent, I've been really happy with the teen swimwear my daughter has been using from this company for a few years now. Being a teenager can be tough, and having the right stuff can really help. These swimsuits have given my daughter the confidence she needs during swim season, so she can have a blast in the summer without feeling left out. Bought period products for my daughters
I bought some really cool stuff for my girls so they can feel confident when they're on their period, whether they're at school or playing sports. We also got them some swimwear, which is great because they can still swim without needing to use tampons. I sure wish they had all this when I was their age! Thanks so much!!
Swimsuit purchase
My cousin bought a swimsuit from your collection and she's totally obsessed with it. It's a one-piece with a racerback design that she totally rocks, and she feels so good and chill wearing it in the water. She's got two: one solid black and one with an Aztec print, and she's always showing them off at the pool and beach. It's awesome to see her feeling herself and looking great in her swimsuit.
Camp supplies
The customer service rep, Ann, really went out of her way to help me when my order got lost. She was so helpful and did all she could to make sure my daughter would get her camp stuff before she leaves on June 10th. Ann's dedication and hard work totally turned my bad experience into a good one. Her great attitude and quick fix to the problem proves she's a super valuable part of the company. Big congrats to Ann for going above and beyond for us customers.
Period-proof underwear
The period-proof undies I got from this company are seriously amazing. They feel like regular undies, but they've got that extra protection I need during periomenopause when my periods are all over the place. The customer service was awesome, and my order got here super quick. I'd definitely suggest these undies for other periomenopause ladies - They've been a game-changer in avoiding any embarrassing moments. Thanks so much!
Special Needs pads review
I wanted to share with you about these awesome pads that my daughter uses. She has special needs and loves to compete in Special Olympics, especially in swimming, basketball, and track. These pads are a lifesaver when it comes to keeping her safe during these events, and she wears them all the time. It's been a year since she started using them, and they've been a game-changer for her.
Exchange items
I had to exchange some stuff for a different size, but I couldn't find the tracking number. Ann from customer service was awesome and really saved the day. It's great that you can actually chat with a person on the phone! Their products are top-notch, and I will definitely be shopping here again.
Preteen underwear for heavy flow during sports
My daughter has been loving these preteen undies for when she's on her period. They're super comfy, not too thick, and give her the confidence to keep playing sports. Plus, the prices are pretty good and there's always sales going on to make them even more affordable.
Back order item resolved
Yeah, I had this one time when I ordered something and they didn't have it, but they were really helpful and found me a replacement! At first, I was a little disappointed, but then I thought about all the other times they've been great. This company is still good in my book!
