Are you serious right now? I bought these sunglasses and they totally fell apart after only wearing them twice. I tried hitting up customer support via email and live chat, but it seems like they don't give a darn about my problem. No reply, no assistance, nothing. It's as if they're trying to pull a fast one on me. Stay away from this place no matter what!
Sunglasses purchase
I bought some sunglasses from Sunglass Outlet not too long ago, but I was pretty disappointed with the whole thing. The glasses I got weren't even the ones I picked out, and they seemed kind of cheap and fake. When I called customer service to complain, they told me I could only get a refund if I sent the glasses back to China, but I'd have to pay for shipping. I thought that was pretty unfair, especially since the mistake was on their end.

I bought some sunglasses from Sunglass Outlet because they had really good prices. But when I got my order, one of the pairs was messed up - it wouldn't fold down right. And on top of that, the brand name on them was painted and starting to come off, which made me worried about whether they were real or not. I care a lot about brands being legit because it usually guarantees the quality of the product. Since these sunglasses didn't have the brand name engraved like they should, I'm not going to shop at Sunglass Outlet anymore.
One arm on sunglasses arrived damaged
I just bought a pair of sunglasses from Sunglass Outlet, and sadly, one of the arms came messed up. I wanted to contact their customer service for help, but I couldn't find any contact info. It was super annoying not being able to get help with my messed up product.

I just bought some sunglasses from this store that said they were a big brand, but they were actually knock-offs. They were super cheap, with weak frames and fake logos. Their customer service was terrible, and now I'm kicking myself for getting tricked. Definitely would advise people to steer clear of that place.
