When I tried to call customer service for help, it was so hard to talk to a real person. The phone number just led me to automated systems that kept looping me through menu options without ever getting me to a real person. I've spent so much time trying to fix this problem with no luck. It's really disappointing to see such bad customer service from GiftCardMall.
