Insurance purchase
I first talked to a broker who I thought would be good, but she didn't really keep me in the loop. I tried to get in touch with her several times to get more info on the insurance options, but she never got back to me. Luckily, when I called the 800 number, I got connected with a super helpful and understanding rep who answered all my questions right away. Thanks to their great customer service, I was able to buy the insurance I needed without any hassle. I really appreciate their help and how professional they were.

Signing up for this service was so easy, I really loved how all the choices were laid out so clearly. It made it simple for me to see exactly what I was getting. Having different ways to pay was a big bonus for me. When I finally signed up, downloading the card and getting into the app went really smoothly, which gave me a lot of confidence in my decision. Everything has been great so far, I'm really happy with my experience.

Refund request for 10-day free look period
I just asked Pivot Health for a refund during the 10-day free look period. This means you can cancel your coverage within 10 days of it starting if you're not happy with it. Sadly, dealing with Pivot Health hasn't been great. Even though I've tried to get my refund, they keep giving me the run-around.
