I just got some insoles from a different online shop, but they ended up being fake and not very good at supporting my feet. Running insoles
I recently contacted them to ask about the best insoles for my running problems. The person helping me suggested their priciest product, saying I could easily exchange or return it if I wasn't happy. But those insoles didn't help at all, they made things worse. When I talked to them about it, they didn't even respond. Even though I can still return them, they're not getting back to me. Their customer service is terrible, it's really disappointing. I probably won't buy from them again.
Insoles
These insoles are just awful. I regret spending my money on them because they are so uncomfortable and I can't even wear them. The arch support is all wrong, and every time I try to wear them, they just hurt my feet. I'm really let down by this purchase and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone who wants good insoles.
New insoles
I contacted your distributor in the UK not too long ago because I had a question about some new insoles I bought. I was pretty bummed out because they never got back to me, which isn't great customer service. I've been buying your products for a while now, so it was kind of disappointing to not get the help I needed. Hopefully next time I'll get better communication and support from a company I've been loyal to for so long.
Green insoles for jogging
I got these green insoles for jogging, thinking they might help my plantar fasciitis. They did help a little, but I was let down when the top material on one of them started wearing away after just 381 miles. There was a rough hole about the size of a thumbnail, which worried me considering how much I spent on them.
Green insoles for poor arch support
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for a while now, and I used to think they were top-notch. Their green insoles have always given me the extra support I need for my flat arches, making it possible for me to comfortably take long walks in any shoes. But my most recent purchase of these insoles was a letdown. A piece of the hard plastic lower plate broke, causing discomfort and ruining the support. I tried to contact the company through their website, but there was no way to talk to them directly. I had to go through the store where I bought them, which was a hassle since it was past the return period. Luckily, after some back and forth, the company agreed to replace the faulty insoles as a one-time exception. They did mention that the insoles should last 12 months or 500 miles, whichever comes first.
