Baby care products
I was really interested in this brand at first because they're all about making safe, good stuff for families. But honestly, the baby care products I bought recently weren't up to par. The packaging tricked me into thinking they were super natural and organic, but they weren't. I was hoping for more honesty from a company that talks a big game about their ingredients. And on top of that, the products themselves were pretty disappointing. It felt like a waste of money, to be honest.

Delayed shipment
My recent experience with OpticsPlanet has been so frustrating. I ordered something three weeks ago and still haven't gotten it. I've tried calling customer service a bunch of times to ask about my order, but it's always a long wait and the responses aren't helpful. Finally got to leave a voicemail after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, and they said they'd get back to me soon. But this whole thing has me wondering if I'll ever even get my order. The customer service is just not cutting it.
