Toll payment app
I decided to give this toll payment app a try to avoid the hassle of searching for change or dealing with toll violations. The idea seemed good, but unfortunately, the way it worked didn't meet my expectations. The app had some bugs and had trouble recognizing my license plate, which led to me receiving notifications about tolls I already paid. Customer service took a while to get back to me, and they didn't really have any solid solutions to help. The pricing was higher than other apps I've seen. When it came to actually using it, the app didn't live up to its promise of making toll payments easy, and instead, it caused more frustration than anything else.
