Appliance replacement
I recently replaced my old appliance with one from this company, and I just wanted to share what happened. So, I ordered the new appliance, made sure to measure everything multiple times to avoid any issues. But when it arrived, I realized it was off by 1 inch. Right away, I reached out to customer service to sort out a return or replacement. Unfortunately, they told me there would be a 30% charge for the return, which was over $700. I felt like this policy was pretty unfair and left me really unsatisfied with how it was all handled. I just want to warn others to be careful when ordering from this company because any mistakes can end up being really expensive.

Bed furniture purchase

Linda spent a lot of time going over different options until I found exactly what I needed. The quality of their products is top-notch and the prices are fair. Large furniture return
Returning that big piece of furniture to the store was a total headache, let me tell you. The whole automated return thing was a joke - they gave me a label and told me to drop it off at a gas station for pick-up, but surprise, surprise, the gas station couldn't even take it because it was too huge. Then when I called customer service, they had the nerve to try and charge me £25 for them to come get it, even though it was supposed to be a "free return" according to what I saw when I bought it. I had to really stick to my guns and argue with them to make them honor their own policy, and finally they took the item back without any extra charge. Such a frustrating situation, let me tell you.

I really wish they would provide a one-page summary for all the flight details like where you're headed, departure time, your seat assignment, and info about any extra luggage you purchased. Having all that info in one place would definitely make things a lot simpler and more convenient.

Item purchased and canceled same day
I ordered something from Universal Textiles, but then I found it cheaper somewhere else on the same day. I tried to cancel my order right away by filling out a form and sending an email, but they totally ignored my cancellation and still sent out the item two days later. Now I have to deal with expensive return fees, and they won't respond to my emails or answer their phone. Their lack of communication and customer service is really frustrating. And to top it off, there was no order slip in the package, making the return process even more confusing. If they don't fix this soon, I'll have to take it up with Paypal.

Trail running shoes
I just bought these trail running shoes from this company, thinking they'd be tough and top-notch. But man, was I let down. Their customer service was pretty lackluster and the shoes themselves were not up to par at all. I've only had these shoes since October and they've already got holes in the upper part and all the thread is coming off. That's not cool for shoes made for the great outdoors. I'm definitely going back to my usual brand for my next pair.
