I gotta tell you, I am really blown away by the program I bought. The personalized approach and the deep dive into why I was hitting the bottle so much were seriously enlightening. I'm grateful for the effort put into figuring out my triggers and giving me ways to defeat them. After drinking every day for 25+ years, I can honestly say I don't even have the urge for alcohol anymore.
