I just worked with this guy Jose to fix some problems with my account, and man, he was awesome. Jose really knows his stuff, he got things done quickly and made sure my issue was sorted out right. He didn't just fix the problem, he also took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could easily understand. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Working with Jose was a great experience!

I am incredibly disappointed in this company. They have terrible customer service, they ignored all of my emails, and when I finally got to talk to someone, they were extremely rude. The item I got was defective, and it took forever for them to send me a return label. On top of that, they had the nerve to charge me a crazy amount to return the faulty product, and then they lied and said there was nothing wrong with it. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, it's just plain gross. It's obvious that they are all about deception and not caring, so I suggest avoiding them at all costs. Don't risk getting ripped off by this snobby place that probably mistreats its employees. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

Pants
Horrible company. I purchased a pair of pants off the express website. These pants came form Dippin daisy even though I was made to believe I was buying form express. When I returned them I was told I would get my refund in 1-2 weeks. It’s 2 weeks and no refund. I have called and emailed and still no refund! Horrible expand will never ever shop here again. I am still waiting for a refund!

50x Disposable 3-Ply Face Mask Surgical
Order Surgical Masks on their website on 3/24. Was told it was in stock and would arrive on 3/27. Provided tracking number stating order is scheduled for shipment. I checked tracking info on 3/27, order never shipped and is still waiting for product to ship but was charged the full amount on Credit Card on 3/24! Email vendor, no response! This place is a fraud and scam, can't charge customer if the product is not shipped! Had to put in dispute claim through CC company to get money back! Don't buy from this place!
I read about Kevin Jay Lipsitz. It said he has prior convictions of fraud and served jail time. A divorced conman.
