Late delivery, poor customer service
I'm really disappointed with the service I received from this company. I placed my order over a month ago and still haven't received it. The lack of communication and delays in delivery make me question if this company is even legit. When I tried to reach out to customer service, I didn't get any response, which just made things worse. It's not right for a business to treat their customers this way. Based on my own experience, I wouldn't recommend using this company.

Embroidered top
I was pretty bummed out by the embroidered top I bought. The material felt super cheap and almost like plastic, which made it really uncomfortable to wear. Plus, the embroidery looked like it was just printed on instead of actually stitched in, which was disappointing. Trying to return it was a pain too, since the whole submission process was unclear and I had to have a long chat just to sort things out. Honestly, the whole thing felt like a total scam.

Four jackets
I just bought four jackets from this company and man, I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. First off, it took forever for the jackets to finally show up. And when they did, two of them straight up looked like they had been worn already – they reeked of some strong perfume that set off my asthma. Plus, some of the clothes had weird discoloration and damage, like they'd been left out in the sun or something. It's a real bummer that this company couldn't bother to check their stuff before sending it out. Total lack of quality control and respect, if you ask me.

Expensive purchase, small lobster tails
I was really let down by the lobster tails I bought recently. I paid a whopping $138 for two small tails that were only 7 ounces each. I thought that was way too pricey for what I got. Next time, I'm going to search for some local options that offer better value.
