Small item delivery
I was really let down by the delivery service I got from this company. They charge way too much for shipping small stuff that's less than 500 grams. I thought for the price I paid, the delivery would be top-notch, but it took forever. This was my first time buying from them, and honestly, I wasn't impressed. Smaller companies charge less and get things to you quickly, so I was disappointed by the slow and pricey delivery service.
