New shoes
Customer service is seriously the worst. They only have email and take forever to get back to you. I reached out to ask about shoe size and got a useless answer that didn't solve anything. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning the shoes because their size chart is way off. And to make matters worse, they haven't even sent me the return label yet. It's frustrating!
