I recently bought some sports gear from Overtime and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole thing. The ordering process was a total mess–the instructions were confusing and the website layout was all over the place. When I reached out to customer service for help, I didn't really get a good response and had to figure things out on my own. Plus, the prices were higher than other similar brands and the product quality didn't match up. The delivery took way longer than I expected, with no real updates or tracking info given, which left me frustrated and clueless about when my order would show up. All in all, my experience shopping at Overtime was pretty disappointing and I don't see myself buying from them again.
