Taxi ride toll charges
I recently took a taxi ride and didn't have any problems with the customer service or the quality of the service. But there's something shady going on with how they handle toll charges. Even though they should be getting a discount using an Easy Pass or something similar, the company still charges customers the full toll amount. It seems like they're trying to make their prices look lower at first, but actually making more money off of toll charges. I tried talking to them about it, but they didn't really address my concerns.
