Unauthorized debit
I'm really upset about finding out that my account was charged without my permission. I don't even know what company it is, let alone make any purchases from them. Having more than $1000 taken from my account is not okay at all. I'm going to challenge this unauthorized transaction right away. I want to warn everyone to be careful when dealing with this company to prevent being scammed like I was.

Blu-Ray Burner for Mac
This company is a total joke. I was looking for a Blu-Ray burner for my Mac, and I found their website. They confidently said their product was perfect for Mac users like me. I was excited, so I downloaded and paid for it, but it turned out it couldn't even burn Blu-Rays for Mac. How can they say it's the best for a specific task when it can't even do what they say? Frustrated, I tried to burn a Blu-Ray anyway, with no success. When I asked for a refund, they had the nerve to deny my request, saying they never advertised Blu-Ray burning for Mac. But it's right there on their website for everyone to see! Avoid this company at all costs.

But first, I had a question so I reached out to their customer support. They got back to me super quickly and even gave me an extension on my free trial! Now I feel really confident knowing I can rely on their support whenever I need it.

Cheese and sausage gift basket
I got a cheese and sausage gift basket from here and it was so nasty. The cheese tasted like plastic and the sausage was all greasy. I was super bummed out because I was really looking forward to trying it but it was a total disappointment. I really hope they step up their game because it's not worth the money.

I just have to say, I had an amazing experience with this company. I bought a gorgeous wig, and the customer service was incredible. Gloves
I just bought a pair of gloves from this company and have been using them for a couple months now. I live in a really cold area where it can get down to like negative 15 degrees Celsius, so I was really hoping these gloves would keep my hands nice and toasty. Turns out, they only really do the trick up until about negative 5 Celsius, which was kind of a bummer. They're supposed to work with phones too, but honestly, texting with them on isn't super easy because you can't press the keys precisely. They're kinda okay for swiping, but not great for typing. Quality-wise though, the gloves seem pretty well-made and for sure keep your hands dry. Overall, they're alright, but I don't think they live up to all the hype. I might look for something else next time or wait for a sale before I buy another pair.

Oh my gosh, this store is seriously amazing because they actually carry size 15 heels! They're really high quality and durable, which is perfect for someone like me with big feet. And they're so cute too! The shipping rates to Canada are pretty reasonable, which is a nice bonus. I love that they have a great cancellation policy in case you need to switch sizes. The customer service is top-notch - they always respond really fast.

I just bought some perfume oils from this shop and honestly, it was pretty good. They actually messaged me on WhatsApp after I ordered to double-check some things, which I thought was nice. I got my package pretty quickly, even all the way up in Quebec. They kept me posted the whole time, making sure I was happy with my perfume oils. Oh and guess what? They even threw in a few cute samples with my order, which was a nice surprise. Made the whole thing even better.
