I've been using these hair products for years now, and let me tell you, I've never been let down once. This time around, my order came with a sweet and spicy scent that is hands down the best fragrance I've ever come across! I've been using the shampoo, conditioner, hair oil, and even the leave-in conditioner, and my hair has never looked or felt better. I'm absolutely hooked on these products and I can't see myself using anything else on my hair from now on. The customer service is also amazing; they're friendly, helpful, and always go the extra mile to make sure I'm happy with my purchase.

The process of ordering was a complete headache all the way through. The website kept messing up, the payment system was a pain, and it took way too long to confirm my order. By the time everything finally went through, I was already feeling like I shouldn't have shopped here. But I persevered and hoped that the service would at least make up for all the trouble. Sadly, that turned out not to be the case.

Used LocoSound train purchase
I just bought a used LocoSound train from Trainz, and man, was I let down by its condition when it showed up. The shell was cracked, and one of the couplers was straight up busted off. The description didn't say anything about damage, so I was totally surprised to see the shape it was in. I was hoping for a train that worked like a charm, but what I got was all broken up. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they weren't much help at all in fixing the problem. Long story short, I wouldn't recommend buying used stuff from this store.

I called a bunch of times over a few days and got no response. The lack of communication made it super hard for me to sort out the problem quickly.
