    Toothpaste purchase reviewed

    I recently got this toothpaste that's totally changed how I take care of my teeth. It's called Blend-a-Med, and let me tell you, it's been way better than I thought it would be, especially when it comes to whitening and keeping my mouth healthy. Right from the start, I could see a big difference in how my teeth looked. They not only got whiter, but they felt cleaner and stronger too. Plus, I don't get that sensitive feeling with cold or sugary stuff anymore, all thanks to how this toothpaste protects and strengthens. Honestly, I'm super impressed with how well it works, and now it's a part of my daily routine.

    Progressive lenses and frames

    Ordering glasses online can be pretty stressful, especially when you're getting progressive lenses. I just couldn't keep fixing up my old glasses, and the prices at regular stores were crazy high. I was super anxious waiting for my order to arrive, but when it finally did, I was pleasantly surprised! Didn't even need to make any adjustments, and the progressive lenses are working great. The frames are stylish and durable - I was so happy with them that I even ordered a pair of sunglasses that same night. Thanks for making it all so easy, Muukal! I'm absolutely in love with my new glasses.

    I signed up for credit repair services back in January 2022 thinking it would help boost my credit score by getting rid of some bad stuff. But you know what? Even after shelling out over a grand, there's been absolutely zilch progress. And when I tried hitting them up for some info, they were clueless and had nothing to offer me in terms of fixes. Take my advice, check out those reviews first before jumping in with this company.

    Hurricane golf would be fine if you're buying something that you know you will not need to return. However, if you buy a driver for instance and you don't like it, Hurricane Golf does not provide a return shipping label, so because of the size it will cost you around $50 to return, and then on top of that they charge you 15% restocking fee.

    Ordered a bike from Ribble in August of 2021, was originally told the dispatch date would be November of 2021. As of today--after at least 8 changes to the date with no communication or explanation--the dispatch date is now the end of September 2022. If I had known this was going to take over a year for my order to be fulfilled, I would never have ordered the bike in the first place.

    Customer Service is always slow to respond (5+ business days/inquiry), generally vague, unwilling to discuss alternative options, and dismissive of complaints. I often get met with things like "we'll check on that and get back to you tomorrow or next week at the latest". Spoiler alert: they never make good on those promises either, unless you go leave negative feedback on their social media account--then they'll at least acknowledge you exist.

    Bear in mind, this company accepts payments UP FRONT--so I've been out thousands of dollars for a year with no bike to show for it. Bottom line: approach this company with EXTREME caution, in my experience they cannot be relied upon, are misleading and untrustworthy, and generally do not care about you as a customer.

    The Staple 6 Pack

    Absolutely terrible shipping experience. Took over 10 days to arrive. When I received the shirts, I tried them on an was extremely disappointed. They are just regular t-shirts. I am a very athletic guy and was hoping for a better fit then most shirts but these fit like a normal shirt. Nothing special or unique. As word gets out, I don't expect this company to be around much longer. Just a real shame since I was looking forward to these shirts. Instead, they are going in the donation bin. You fooled me once True Classic but never again.

    2 x XL North Sails Shirts

    I ordered two size XL North Sails Polo shirts.

    They sent two size M. I requested a refund/return and provided photos of the products and labels.

    They dismissed the claim and told me to pay for the return. They simply stated they sent me the right items when they clearly did not and I proved it.

    Shipping was also much slower than quoted.

    Not a trustworthy company and very poor customer service.

    Buyer beware!!

    They use great photography but when the items arrive they don't look as pictured, very poor quality AND their return policy sucks. To return you have to pay international shipping costs and international customs fees to China and the items can take several weeks to be received. They do not refund your money until after they receive the returns. What a Total rip-off and waste of time. I attempted to return a pair of shoes too small, and a dress so thin and looks only fit to sleep or do house clean in. They acknowledged that it could be a long time to actually get refunded and offered me an instant 15% refund to cover alteration expenses in lieu of returning. Lol, how can you alter shoes that are too little and I cannot alter an item that looks like poor quality only fit to sleep in. I also ordered two coats that look nothing like pictured, so I would like to return them also but would be too expensive to return so I will just donate to a thrift store. What I would have to pay for return shipping and customs would probably end up being what I paid for the items so it's a wash. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering.

    So disappointed. People, don't waste your money. The fabric is so cheap and items don't look like the pictures.

    I'd even be fine with receiving cheap crap in the mail. Ordered... no package no response. Won't send package won't talk to me

    Worst customer service ever

    I have a similar experience as others on this site. Ordered my Spark at the end of January, received it at the end of June. It worked for one week and then broke.

    Contacted support who said they would send out replacement in 2 weeks. 2 weeks pass and nothing. I contact support again and finally after 6 weeks get an RMA return shipping slip and a tracking number for the replacement. The broken amp was picked up, but no replacement in sight.

    Tried to track the replacement and it only shipped 8 days after the tracking number was created. Only to find it is not shipping to me at all, but some place else in CA. I've contacted support numerous times and they rarely respond. I even asked for a refund and that ticket was closed and rolled into my original ticket.

    I'm at the point where I feel I need to call my credit card company and also report PG to the California Dept of Consumer Affairs. I'd be happy with refund at this point. I highly discourage anyone from doing business with this company.
