Wrong-sized ring replacement
I had a little mix-up with an order for a ring that ended up being the wrong size. I didn't realize the mistake until three months later, and when I contacted customer service about exchanging it, they said I could keep the wrong ring and sent me a replacement in the right size right away. Their customer service was amazing and really stood out to me. I'm very happy with their prices, quality, and service overall. I'll definitely be coming back to shop with them again.
